Requirements

- Strong knowledge of payroll calculation and SEC contracts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legal requirements.
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, with advanced functions/ data analysis tools).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver.
- Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented, and able to work independently as part of a team.
- Experience in property or real estate is a plus.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Report to the HR Manager and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation and benefits, and employee welfare

- Positive, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work alongside colleagues at all levels.
- Critical thinker, well-organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and multitask independently

Your duties as a HR Officer include but are not limited to the following:
