Main Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partner
- Drives the overall people strategy, collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels to achieve outcomes in line with the overall organisational strategy across different functional areas
- Be a change agent in driving an inclusive culture in the organisation
Managerial Responsibilities
- Motivate and retain high quality team to achieve desired productivity and standards
- Build a performance-enabling culture and provide guidance for the team to excel
Governance
- Ensuring Human Resource processes are compliant with local regulations
- Ensure Human Resources and office administration operations are operating in line with legislative requirements and are compliant with the group policies and philosophy in order to safeguard the company from potential legal, regulatory and repetitional risks
- Review, recommend and implement changes of HR Policies and procedures and practices to ensure it aligns with market practices, legal and regulatory requirements and Group policies
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' experience working in the industry in HR
- Experience working in a multinational environment is preferable
- A high level of confidence in day to day working and presentation to EXCO
- Ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment
- Familiar with local Labor Laws & local compliance; experience of engaging with labour departments is an additional advantage
- Knowledge across technical HR functional areas
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English and Chinese essential
- Solid experience in managing SAP Success Factor is a plus

**HR Share Service / Operations :**
+ Assist HR team on appointed Shared Service and C&B aspects.
+ Maintain andmonitor HR processes relating to employee life-cycle, i.e. Upkeeping employee records , documents preparation, HRIS operation update, on-boarding & off-boarding, leave analysis and management.
+ Manage C&B related services enrollment, payroll and survey data verification.
+ Organize employee engagement initiatives and events.

+ Support Regional HR functions for locations such as Bangladesh, China, India.etc.

+ Work close with HRMs in other locations to enhance process alignment.

**Job Specification :**
+ Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources discipline with 2+ years related experience.

About The Role
As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. Your responsibilities
- Monitor and manage personnel-related costs, including headcount planning, salary budgeting, and workforce optimization, to ensure alignment with company financial goals and compliance with evolving labour regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional payroll team to validate HKTW payroll and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, compliant, and supportive of employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building, and recognition.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR documentation to ensure timely updates and audits in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders and HR Centre of Excellence (COE) teams to deliver effective, compliant, and business-aligned HR solutions by implementing and enhancing HR processes, policies, and systems while promoting best practices across functions.
- Assist execution of campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential university and college graduates, strengthening the talent pipeline for future business needs.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes and coordinate training initiatives by identifying development needs, facilitating learning programs, and enhancing employee engagement and capability.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources within a multinational corporation, with a strong preference for a background in Compensation and Benefits.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software

Responsibilities- Supervise a team to handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF and taxation
- Maintain and update employee’s personnel data in the HR system, attendance system and filing system
- Administer monthly reports, leave management and attendance records for Operation Department
- Play a communication role as a focal point to communicate with respective parties
- Maintain good business relationships with different departments
- Assist in other ad-hoc HR related projects
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' HR experience, preferably in Cleaning, Environmental Facilities Industry
- Experience in handling government service contract payroll
- Good understanding of Standard Employment Contract and relevant regulations is a plus
- Good applicable knowledge in HK Employment and related legislation
- Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Able to handle and monitor large workforce payroll
- Mature and detailed minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Purpose-driven, self-motivated and proactive learner
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Passionate, collaborative and good team player
- Immediate availability is highly preferred

About The Role
As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. Your responsibilities
- Monitor and manage personnel-related costs, including headcount planning, salary budgeting, and workforce optimization, to ensure alignment with company financial goals and compliance with evolving labour regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional payroll team to validate HKTW payroll and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, compliant, and supportive of employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building, and recognition.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR documentation to ensure timely updates and audits in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders and HR Centre of Excellence (COE) teams to deliver effective, compliant, and business-aligned HR solutions by implementing and enhancing HR processes, policies, and systems while promoting best practices across functions.
- Assist execution of campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential university and college graduates, strengthening the talent pipeline for future business needs.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes and coordinate training initiatives by identifying development needs, facilitating learning programs, and enhancing employee engagement and capability.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources within a multinational corporation, with a strong preference for a background in Compensation and Benefits.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
