You will join the HVAC sales team in Hong Kong. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of HVAC equipment's are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.

How you will do it

• Support the team to work with clients, consultant and contractor to get the contracts for HVAC retrofit market in Hong Kong
• Develop HVAC base solution to support client and consultant on all kind of building development or retrofit as well as chiller plant replacement
• Achieve annual sales target in accordance with Company's objectives and direction, evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts so as to employ the most cost effective means to fulfill contractual obligations
• Liaise with Company's sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering
