The candidate will be a key member of the Regional FP&A team, primarily responsible for preparing various APAC consolidation reports for month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Additionally, the candidate will assist with expense reporting preparation and management for several functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in submitting consolidation reports for month-end closing, forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for the APAC region.
- Help with the submission of expense forecasts and budgets
- Work with the reporting hub in India and secure continuous excellence in system integrity and report quality
- Support the consolidation APAC financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations, if necessary
- Potential to rotate into different roles within the FP&A team or other finance areas in the future
- Other ad-hoc work as required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with minimum 1 year experience
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is preferred
- Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
- Results oriented; flexible and demonstrate a resourceful attitude
- A self-starter and team player; ability to manage multiple activities of different natures in a condensed timeframe
- Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, embraces culturally diverse interpersonal relationships
- Experience in reporting & analytical tools, knowledge in AX, Insight & Essbase is a plus
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost structures, production efficiency, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, including product costing, capital expenditure (CAPEX) analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs (e.g., gross margin, production yield, overhead absorption) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to provide data-driven insights and cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations, including variance analysis against production budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and present high-quality board papers and presentations on financial performance.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling financial presentations to executives and stakeholders, translating manufacturing financials into strategic insights.
- Create executive dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support operational efficiency and profitability improvements.
- Present financial results and forecasts in a way that aligns with manufacturing KPIs and business objectives.
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Units to align financial plans with production goals and cost control initiatives.
- Drive digitization within the FP&A organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred (e.g., cost accounting, production finance, supply chain finance).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex modeling).
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) with experience in manufacturing modules.
- Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for executive audiences.

As an Investment Analyst/Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
Deal Execution
- Collaborate with the deal team to manage end-to-end investment processes.

Job Description
As a Gaming Investment Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on target companies and individuals.
- Analyze data from sources like Bloomberg, Pitchbook, FactSet, and public filings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify risks and inconsistencies.
- Prepare bilingual (Chinese and English) reports summarizing findings and risk assessments.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments.
- Collaborate with investment and execution teams on industry reports, benchmarking, and valuation models.
- Focus on direct investments in growth/early-stage Gaming and Entertainment companies (e.g., Social Gaming, Online Gambling, Sports Data).
- Manage relationships with portfolio companies and fund managers, including attending AGMs and advisory board meetings.
- Provide operational support for reporting and investor communications.
A Successful Gaming Investment Analyst Should Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
- 1-3 years of buy-side investment/research experience in Gaming and Entertainment.
- Proven experience in online or i-gaming research.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality bilingual reports.
- Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines independently.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
- Willingness to travel is essential.

Job Description
As an Investment Analyst/Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
Deal Execution
- Collaborate with the deal team to manage end-to-end investment processes.
- Assist Principals or Senior Principals in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead operational aspects of deal execution, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and liaising with partners.
- Prepare and present investment cases internally.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely execution.
- Build and analyze complex financial models.
- Support due diligence, underwriting, valuation, and negotiation processes.
- Contribute to the development of term sheets and deal documentation.
- Act as the primary asset manager for smaller assets and assist senior colleagues with more complex portfolios.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
- Identify and escalate key business risks.
- Implement governance frameworks and operational support systems.
- Monitor and report on financial and operational performance.
- Conduct asset valuations and support monetization or exit strategies.
- Recommend performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with investment strategies, covenants, and ESG requirements.
- Prepare internal and external reports, including Investment Committee papers and investor updates.
- Maintain accurate asset data and monitor portfolio composition.
- Review and validate outputs from Analysts and Associates to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Build industry connections by attending relevant events and conferences.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to systems, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with best practices.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
A Successful Investment Analyst/Associate Should Have
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CAIA) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
- Minimum 2 years of industry-specific experience is preferred.
- Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, asset management, and strategic planning.
- Deep sector knowledge and understanding of value drivers.
- Strong grasp of financial and accounting principles.
- Expertise in corporate finance and valuation.
- Ability to originate deals and leverage industry networks.
- Proficiency in building financial models and conducting scenario analysis.
- Experience managing small transactions and supporting larger deals.
- Capability to manage assets and support senior asset managers.
- Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
