Job Description:

Responsible for Product design and development, ensuring products meet with engineering specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements.

Leverage manufacturing or production experience to identify feasible design solutions and support smooth transition from design to manufacturing.

Continuously improve existing product designs by analysing potential enhancements and implementing necessary modifications.

Investigate production failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to review pilot runs and production processes.
