Assistant Sales Manager (Industrial Machinery Mechanics) – responsibilities and requirements for this role are described below.
Responsibilities- Develop strategies and solutions based on market intelligence and customer needs to ensure competitive bids and cost efficiency within the tendering cycle.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to fulfil contractual obligations and after-sales services as stated in the statement of works.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with key accounts and develop pricing strategies for the company’s product/solution portfolio.
- Handle technical enquiries and provide appropriate industrial solutions to address customer incidents, aiming for high levels of customer operational excellence.
- Proactively engage key market players to strengthen brand awareness and generate business/sales leads.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management and after-sales services, preferably in a sizeable organization.
- Previous industry exposure in E&M Contracting Services, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, or Equipment Supply is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of key accounts (e.g., MTR) is preferred.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills to support internal stakeholders in after-sales services.
- Experience may lead to the title of Sales Manager depending on qualifications.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hong Kong International Airport, T2
Working hours: Office hours
Job Description:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work through CMMS.
- Preparing and submitting the Technical Report upon resolving the incidents.
- Propose improvements on preventive maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and improve performance.
- Monitor and manage the availability of spare parts and work closely with the Spare Parts Coordinator and the Maintenance Coordinator.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate with the maintenance partner on maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Work effectively with other engineers, technicians, and operational staff.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Thrive in an environment that prioritizes safety above all else.
Skills and Qualification:
- A technical bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or similar.
- At least 5 years' experience in maintenance of automated Baggage Handling System, Material Handling Systems or similar industries having high-level and low-level control systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, processes, and maintenance procedures.
- The ability to analyze performance data, diagnose mechanical problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of and experience with Maximo or equivalent CMMS.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple demands, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good Reading, Writing and Communication skills in English language and local language.
