**Responsibilities:**
+ Serves as a key liaison and will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of the portfolio in all channels, ensuring that marketing and financial/business plans are delivered and strengthening the client relationship.
+ Identify and implement strategic initiatives to drive profitable sales growth through new account acquisition and increases to partner credit penetration:
+ Develop and execute strategic/tactical initiatives to improve business performance.
+ Create innovative and appealing product concepts and communications.
+ Analyze program results to improve performance and profitability.
+ Develop and maintain marketing strategies with partner and internal resources.
+ Create and manage task plans to accomplish business plan objectives.
+ Financial planning and forecasting - ensure plan is achieved and recognize, anticipate and create solutions to address financial and driver shortfalls.
+ Develop and maintain positive business relationships:
+ Establish and maintain positive business relationships within the client's retail and financial services organizational structures.
+ Consistently deliver quality customer and client experiences.
+ Build organizational consensus in support of the client.
+ Provide business support:
+ Maintain contract compliance including reporting requirements and service level agreements.
+ Manage monthly client reporting.
+ Actively contribute to and participate in client portfolio reviews.
+ Assist in the creation and management of project plans for retail initiatives, including incentives, contests and application building strategies
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ 5-8 years relevant experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance. Must have experience in marketing, product or project management and client/relationship management experience.
+ Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the organization. Forward thinker with the flexibility to adapt to and drive change in a dynamic business environment.
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ High-energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to drive results with a sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
+ Private label credit or bankcard industry experience preferred.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
+ 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing and/or event management, with a preference for experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.
+ Strong expertise in planning and executing marketing activities, with specific experience in Bancassurance considered a significant advantage.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced business and market environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
+ Strong skills in MS Office, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.

As a Senior Executive, Marketing in Digital Ventures - Partnership, you will report to and work closely with the Senior Executive, Partnership Management (Loyalty Program) of Digital Ventures on an array of growing marketing strategy and objectives. Your typical day could be a combination of the following:

  • Support the implementation of business acquisition strategies and define KPIs; achieve team goals by establishing analytics, reviewing insights for results, reporting on and calculating success (e.g. ROI, CVR, etc.), and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Understand customer base (demographics, digital habits, interests) and formulate all-rounded content strategies
  • Support the team in approaching potential customers and building deep partnerships to ensure synergy on awareness & promotion effects
  • Perform full cycles of business partnership from create partnership presentations, commercial terms negotiation, agreements preparation, performance to pitch potential collaboration
  • Keep abreast of the market trends and competitors’ movements and make appropriate recommendations and reports.
  • Formulate and execute Go-To-Market plans and programs through digital and diverse channels to increase awareness, improve customer experience and brand preference
  • Work closely with external and internal cross functional teams to execute partnership initiatives that’s aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

To succeed in this role

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Omni-Channel Retailing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of partnership management / customer behavior analysis / digital marketing experience gained from e-commerce, retail or financial services industry
  • Mature, independent, good team player, able to work under pressure
  • Creative, AI & digital savvy with excellent communication and interpersonal skill and command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Summary
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial-minded Manager, Strategic Partnerships to help grow our partner ecosystem in the Greater China region. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, supporting them through lead generation, onboarding, and customer retention. As the main point of contact, you will manage daily operations, including lead tracking, renewals, and payouts, while ensuring smooth communication and partner success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with partners in the Greater China region, of which may be technical and platform partners, SIs, creative agencies, consulting firms, etc
  • Collaborate with partners and the internal sales team to drive lead generation and support the entire sales cycle
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources, ensuring partners have the support needed for seamless onboarding, customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals
  • Monitor partner performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and guidance to help partners meet targets and improve performance
  • Serve as the main contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and managing daily operations like lead tracking, onboarding, renewals, and payouts
  • Manage partners expectations and continue to find win-win solutions to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Collect market insights from partners and relay them to internal teams to help shape future product development and marketing strategies




We’ll be excited if you have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and partners simultaneously
  • Highly analytical and ability to learn new products, technologies, and software quickly
  • Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operational tasks with minimal supervision
  • Start-up mentality; you are team-oriented, resourceful, creative, empathetic, and no ego

As one of our Global Partnership Managers, you will be a key player in helping to build the greatest insurance conferences in Asia, held in Hong Kong. We will ensure that you are given both the training and tools to succeed in the role and drive you to continue to push yourself in order to maximise your career development. Your Responsibilities

Your mission is to own the full sales cycle in selling high-value conference sponsorships to prospects in the insurance and insurtech sectors. In order to be successful, your main duties will include:

  • Build new business revenue: Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to new prospects in order to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Pipeline development: Work with our marketing and analyst team to source, contact and set up meetings with potential sponsors
  • Establish client relationships: Work closely with our content and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Leverage our expertise: Work hand-in-hand with our content team to create compelling pitches to inspire our prospects

You possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency, and you have both the drive and desire to be the very best at what you do.
