We are seeking a proactive and experienced full-time Project Coordinator to support a 9-month innovative anti-drug education initiative. The project utilises AR interactive gamebooks and virtual classrooms to educate secondary school students about the dangers of drug abuse. The successful candidate will oversee project implementation, coordinate activities, and ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
Duties- Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to project timeline;
- Organise both online and offline activities (workshops, virtual classes, media campaigns);
- Responsible for graphic design and video production for the project;
- Liaise with schools, government agencies, and community partners;
- Monitor project budget in compliance with funding requirement;
- Collect participant feedback and evaluate programme effectiveness; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education/Communications/Social Sciences or related disciplines;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis;

The HKSAR Government has financed the construction and selected the Hong Kong Baptist University as the contractor to incorporate the HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited as the operator to manage, operate and maintain the CMHHK.
The CMHHK is targeted to commence hospital services by phases at the end of 2025. The CMHHK aims to offer comprehensive CM care, ranging from primary, secondary to tertiary services, and promote advanced and specialised CM services. The CMHHK will pioneer integrated Chinese-western medicine (ICWM) services to cater to different patient needs. Inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient treatments and also community services will be offered by the CMHHK. Both Government-subsidised services and add-on market-oriented services will be provided to ensure accessibility and to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the community.
With a view to prioritising education, training, innovation and research, including collaboration with local and overseas universities to advance evidence-based clinical research and develop CM theories and clinical applications, the CMHHK is now looking for the following talent to join our team.
Senior Registered Nurse (Infection Control) - PR
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing infection control policies and promoting infection prevention measures within the hospital;
- Participate in regular audits and inspections to identify potential infection risks;
- Assist in daily surveillance and tracking of infection trends in the hospital;
- Assist in organising training and programs to raise awareness of infection control among healthcare staff;
- Assist in developing and reviewing infection control policies and procedures;
- Assist in managing outbreak situations;
- Facilitate effective coordination, cooperation, and communication across all healthcare teams and departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues; and
- Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with valid practising certificate;
- Preferably with Degree in Nursing;
- Chinese Medicinal Nursing Qualification is preferable;
- Possess valid BLS;
- At least 5 years' post-registration experience as Registered Nurse (General) in healthcare service;
- Experience in infection control related works (e.g. experience as Infection Control Nurse or Infection Control Link Nurse);
- Attained professional training in infection control;
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment;
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; and
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Languages.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract ending in December 2025. Subject to performance and the decision of the CMHHK, the offer of further appointment, if any, will be made by the CMHHK.
Work location: Kowloon Tong Campus and will be moved to The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong in Tseung Kwan O when close to commissioning.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
