We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to develop campaigns, manage KOL relationships, create content, analyze performance, and drive brand growth. What You'll Do

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting regular competitor and market analysis.
Who You Are
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required. A full-time bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of marketing theories and methodologies. Experience in multinational tech companies is a plus.
  • Strong strategic and planning skills, a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale events, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with new media tools and content creation capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

The Role

We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator to own the full lifecycle of our social media strategy — from concept to execution, from posting to performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and refine a multi-platform social strategy across: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, X, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Content & Operations to ensure social efforts align with editorial, brand, and digital marketing objectives
  • Ideate and produce original content that complements the overall digital content strategy — including new formats, series, and social-first ideas
  • Translate long-form editorial and print content into short-form, platform-specific posts that retain tone, value, and context
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and overlays that feel editorial — never generic
  • Create and edit visuals using Canva, Adobe Suite, or your preferred tools
  • Analyze content performance, interpret social metrics, and refine strategy based on key insights
  • Own the content calendar: plan, schedule, publish, and optimize across platforms
  • Engage directly with audiences through DMs, comments, and collaborations
  • Build and nurture relationships with media partners, creators, and potential sponsors — including proactive outreach and content sourcing from regional/international contacts
What You Bring
  • Proven track record growing and managing social media accounts — both brand and personal
  • Refined visual judgment and a strong editorial eye for what’s share-worthy and save-worthy
  • Polished copywriting skills — especially for captions, short-form content, and text overlays
  • Proficient with both professional tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and native platform features (e.g. Instagram Reels editing, story design, in-app text tools)
  • Confident interpreting metrics and using insights to drive creative decisions
  • Self-starting mindset — you’re proactive, not reactive
  • Comfortable pitching ideas, owning your work, and collaborating as part of a strategic creative team

As we continue to launch new business innovations and expand our business lines within the region, we are seeking for a Social Media Specialist based in Hong Kong to join our Marketing Team.

Mission

The mission of the Social Media Specialist for MoneySmart HK is to deliver market leading ideation, production management, distribution and optimisation of multi-format content through different social media channels for the HK market. This mission will result in the continued development and refinement of the brand’s content strategy and the delivery of MS content that results in revenue and content metric growth.

This role will report into the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WeChat, etc
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies and objectives to enhance the brand and service awareness
  • Analyze the local market and competitors to understand how to gain a competitive advantage in the market
  • Research and deliver high-quality content on multiple formats (text, graphic, video, live stream, etc.) tailored to our customer’s needs by implementing best-practices
  • To grow and engage followers, as well as maximize brand awareness across social media channels
  • Work closely with the commercial team and marketing team to deliver high-quality content to maximize click through rate on campaigns
  • Analyze social media data and customer behaviour and adjust content to maximize engagement and growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features on various social channels to optimize community management
  • Coordinate and manage the production process from ideation to publishing. Work closely with internal teams to plan and implement content strategies
  • Collaborate with third parties, Youtubers and influencers to create and implement marketing campaigns and sponsored content
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above in PR, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language, Business, Multimedia or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of social media managing / digital marketing / media / content writing / PR agency or relevant experience. Preferably on retail level personal finance product, lifestyle or related area
  • Strong command of social media platforms operations
  • Retail level personal finance product knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of digital best practices for content production
  • Passion for understanding where audiences are and how they best consume content
  • Native level Traditional Chinese / Cantonese writing skills
  • Strong language (Chinese & English) and communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Be able to see other people's points of view and take on feedback
