The Role
What you'll be doing
- Manage application cloud services, monitor performance and capacity, ensure continuous operation, and regularly deploy security updates and patching
- Support hybrid cloud environments operations (Azure, AWS, AliCloud, On-Prem etc.) and align to the Technology Strategy
- Design and implement effective IT infrastructure strategies that aligned with business goals
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure budgets and resources effectively
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and manage the deployment of new features and functionalities
- Lead internal IT support team
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Profile
What we're looking for
- Degree holder in computer related fields or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 yearsworking experience in server infrastructure management
- Strong server networking and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Database, Windows Server, Linux Server, and major public clouds (e.g., AWS , AliCloud , Azure etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins , Grafana , Prometheus
- Strong communication among user/teams
- Acting as a technical support for customer
- Experience in noSQL and big data ,Nginx ,OpenStack /VMware /XenServer ,managing data center and infrastructure projects will be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Infrastructure Engineer

- Plan and execute PC refresh across multiple operating systems Microsoft and Mac
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- ITIL Certification a plus
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Surface tablets, Windows Operating Systems and Office Suite
- Experience with Active Directory account creation, password resets, group membership changes, distribution groups and other AD functions
- Experience supporting VPN clients and VPN Administration
- Experience supporting and setup of mobile phones, iPhone, Android and tablets

- Participate in the implementation of technology refresh cycles
- Plan and execute PC refresh across multiple operating systems Microsoft and Mac
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

- Customer service focused
- Setup conferencing equipment and test audio/video quality prior to meetings
- Log all incidents and service requests into the call logging tool to track and monitor metrics, diagnose chronic issues, and follow up

APAC Data Center Recruitment Expert | Connecting the best talents to leading organisationsOur client, a data center company is looking for an Infrastructure Manager to be based in Hong Kong. This role focuses on daily operations, incident response, and supporting infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the data center infrastructure, aligning with business goals.
- Manage the IT infrastructure budget, including CAPEX (hardware, major upgrades) and OPEX (power, cooling, maintenance contracts).
- Lead technology refresh cycles and capacity planning to ensure the data center can scale to meet future demands.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies (e.g., hyperconverged infrastructure, automation tools, cloud integrations).
2. Operational Management (Day-to-Day):
- Ensure 24/7/365 availability, performance, and reliability of all data center systems (servers, storage, network, backup).
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL best practices.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., hardware maintenance, telecom carriers, cloud providers).
- Implement and enforce strict security protocols and access controls.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
- Schedule on-call rotations and manage resources for projects and emergency response.
4. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., HKMA for financial services, GDPR for international data).
- Implement and manage robust disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP), often requiring a secondary data center site (potentially in a different region).
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal business units and external clients/partners.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and managed service providers.

The ROC Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for supporting the stability, maintenance, and optimisation of IT infrastructure services across the region.
You’ll play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage. Reporting to the ROC Infrastructure Team Lead, you’ll work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience supporting core infrastructure technologies that support business operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Windows client and server, SCCM, InTune, GPO, Active Directory.
- Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Vmware, Azure Stack) and cloud (Microsoft Azure, M365).
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders and technologists in the wider team.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and conducting routine maintenance such as updates and patches.
- Identifying potential infrastructure issues, optimising resource utilisation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Working alongside IT teams and business stakeholders to provide excellent support and issue resolution.
- Supporting infrastructure deployments, conducting testing, and ensuring smooth implementation of upgrades.
- Follow best practices to maintain infrastructure security and assist with audits and compliance assessments.
