The Investment Banking Analyst / Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The Investment Banking Analyst / Associate also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients, team members and outside professional advisors on M&A and special situation transactions as the primary day-to-day client point of contact
- Work closely with clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including performing due diligence and drafting sessions and preparing them for an equity or debt offering
- Overall responsible for drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor and management presentations
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking
- Degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
- Previous experience in the broader natural resources or infrastructure space is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, and securities products is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in submitting consolidation reports for month-end closing, forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for the APAC region.
- Help with the submission of expense forecasts and budgets
- Work with the reporting hub in India and secure continuous excellence in system integrity and report quality
- Support the consolidation APAC financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations, if necessary
- Potential to rotate into different roles within the FP&A team or other finance areas in the future
- Other ad-hoc work as required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with minimum 1 year experience
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is preferred
- Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
- Results oriented; flexible and demonstrate a resourceful attitude
- A self-starter and team player; ability to manage multiple activities of different natures in a condensed timeframe
- Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, embraces culturally diverse interpersonal relationships
- Experience in reporting & analytical tools, knowledge in AX, Insight & Essbase is a plus
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The candidate will be a key member of the Regional FP&A team, primarily responsible for preparing various APAC consolidation reports for month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Additionally, the candidate will assist with expense reporting preparation and management for several functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in submitting consolidation reports for month-end closing, forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for the APAC region.
- Help with the submission of expense forecasts and budgets
- Work with the reporting hub in India and secure continuous excellence in system integrity and report quality
- Support the consolidation APAC financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations, if necessary
- Potential to rotate into different roles within the FP&A team or other finance areas in the future
- Other ad-hoc work as required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with minimum 1 year experience
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is preferred
- Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
- Results oriented; flexible and demonstrate a resourceful attitude
- A self-starter and team player; ability to manage multiple activities of different natures in a condensed timeframe
- Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, embraces culturally diverse interpersonal relationships
- Experience in reporting & analytical tools, knowledge in AX, Insight & Essbase is a plus
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

- Conduct detailed financial analysis for food and beverage operations and new opportunities, such as building complex financial models and conducting ROI calculations for new outlets, external partnerships, etc.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance metrics, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze cost structures, come up with recommendations and implement groupwide strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality in food and beverage services and offerings
- Work closely with regional and operations teams in all the analysis, recommendations and implementation to gain buy-in and support from them
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations
We are looking for someone who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
