Job Description

  2. 10-15 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  3. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, including hands-on experience with deployment, monitoring, and automation.
  4. Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, and load balancers.
  5. Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, or similar.

Job Descriptions:

  • To be responsible for the infrastructure projects and take the lead for cloud infrastructure design;
  • To ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment;
  • To provide recommendations from operational and security perspectives;
  • To work closely with vendors on configuration management and architectural update;
  • To perform system monitoring and reporting as well as regular administrative tasks including upgrades and software updates;
  • To work closely with the Group Infrastructure Team to manage the interconnection of cloud and data center; and
  • The employment will be on contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines, with relevant certificates is an advantage;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience;
  • Solid experience in network administration with strong knowledge in LAN/WAN/cloud network architecture, micro-segmentation firewall, router/switch, wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, CLB, network management, and performance monitoring and automation tools;
  • Experience in reputable cloud service providers, and knowledge of ITIL and DevOps would be an advantage;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Strong planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure; and
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the capabilities to lead a small team.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.)

The Job

  • Support and contribute to large-scale hybrid cloud platform modernization projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal digital application performance.
  • Participate in hybrid infrastructure projects, ensuring effective implementation and integration.
  • Monitor cloud project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Prepare solution architecture diagrams and documentation.

The Job

  • Lead and oversee large-scale hybrid cloud platform modernization projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance of digital applications.
  • Drive the engineering and productization of hybrid infrastructure solutions, delivering precise estimations based on comprehensive business and technical requirements.
  • Lead critical hybrid infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and maximum operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify, qualify, and close opportunities for data and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Engage deeply with customers to understand complex business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Create detailed solution architecture diagrams and comprehensive documentation.
  • Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to drive customer confidence.
  • Provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution architecture and deployment.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues during implementation.
  • Implement and oversee mechanisms for collecting and acting on customer feedback.
  • Hold and maintain relevant advanced industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud) and commit to ongoing education.
