Information Technology Innovation & Ventures
The Senior Manager of Innovation & Venture at a bank is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency of the bank. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, fintech partners, regulators, and external innovation ecosystems to implement cutting-edge solutions aligned with HASE’s digital transformation strategy. Principal Responsibilities
- Successful commercialization of Artificial Intelligence by working closely with both the business and IT and be able to successfully measure cost savings.
- Develop and drive a bold, future-ready innovation strategies that support Hang Seng’s business goals, including revenue growth, cost optimization and enhanced digital competitiveness. Garner supports from business stakeholders, including C-level executives and business heads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including fintech companies, venture capital firms, technology providers, industry experts, and academic institutions to explore co-development opportunities.
- Engage with internal stakeholders (business unit, IT, risk, compliance, etc.) to align innovation efforts and promote FinTech adoption bank wide.
- Act as a key liaison with regulators to ensure that emerging technology initiatives comply with evolving regulatory framework while driving fintech innovation in the banking sector.
- Act as the go-to expert on fintech, emerging technology and digital disruption, providing insights and guidance to senior management and business units

- Minimum of 2 years’ team management experience.
- Work experience in a mid to large-sized global company.
- Experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and technologies, particularly in sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital solution requirement and user-experience analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Minimum of 2 years’ team management experience.
- Work experience in a mid to large-sized global company.
- Experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and technologies, particularly in sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital solution requirement and user-experience analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM, TPM), marketing automation, and other relevant technologies (like mobile and web products).
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
- Vendor management skills, including managing solution vendors and implementation vendors.
- Strong teamwork ability.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum and Agile professional (SAFe or equivalent) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Hybris, Salesforce) are a plus.
- S/4 HANA SD module PA Certification is a plus.

Your role involves supporting various aspects of program management and operation, contributing to the program's success.
Responsibilities- Assist in formulation and execution of member management and communication strategies.
- Analyze digital program usage and member behaviors.
- Manage procurement of vouchers and maintain the redemption store.
- Maintain data for operational reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate and execute offline/member events and activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; 4+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing support, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive workflows effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Curiosity about data analytics and eagerness to learn techniques.
- Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Previous CRM experience is a plus.
