- Work closely with Internal Sales & Technical Support to develop specific accounts, quotation and fulfil orders;

Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years sales experience in MRO or Electronics industry;

- E-commerce knowledge / experience;

Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.
In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, client-centric Sales Executive to drive business development among SMEs in Hong Kong , helping them unlock growth through influencer marketing. This is not a SaaS sales role — your focus will be on selling campaign-based services , from one-off KOL campaigns to ongoing content partnerships. If you’re passionate about social media, understand the Hong Kong business landscape, and love closing deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close influencer marketing projects with SME clients across industries like F&B, retail, wellness, fashion, and e-commerce
- Build and manage your own client pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-ups
- Understand client needs and tailor campaign proposals using our KOL database and case studies
- Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction after closing

Job Overview:The ideal candidate will be involved with sales quotations, pre-bid document preparation, product presentation, and end-user training. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepares accurate sales quotations to Dealers or End-users and sends them via email and Sales Force (CRM).
- Responsible for updating the price list, accessing, and updating quotation status in Sales Force (CRM).
- Seek approval of quotations from the Manager and discuss other requirements as requested by the dealer/end-user.
- Manage events, end-user seminars/training, and product presentations.
- Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Decide when to escalate customer concerns/issues to resolve them effectively.
- Maintain online sales documentation on the Esco HK server, including creating/updating training materials (PPT).
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts through effective teamwork.
- Provide sales, application, and technical support to the team.
- *Conduct end-user training and medical seminars.
- *Promote Esco's services to customers at their locations.
- A Diploma or Degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering, or other relevant scientific fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Applicants with relevant sales experience in other scientific areas are encouraged to apply.
- Laboratory experience, including working with standard laboratory equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, fume hoods, etc., is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure.
- Strong business acumen.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones.
- Ability to travel overseas.

Job Responsibilities
- Assists in developing new businesses and with workplace solutions for commercial real estate. Works under the direct supervision of experienced sales professionals or team of sales professionals in a training capacity.
- Assists sales professionals in identifying potential clients and researching connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for potential sales opportunities.
- Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking, identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials.
- Compiles property data for clients, such as market research, summary reports, status updates and presentations for potential clients.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, sales experience is a plus.
- Sales-driven and passionate about Business Development, seeking opportunities for career advancement
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; a cheerful, outgoing, and self-motivated team player
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is esstinal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
