- Sovereign client and long fund client coverage;
- Assist the team in selling primary market, private equity and secondary market stocks and other products, and make contributions to sales promotion transactions;
- Provide research and sales services for overseas institutional clients such as public equity, private equity and insurance. Maintain existing customers and strive to expand new institutional customers (domestic and overseas);
- Work closely with research teams to provide customers with timely and accurate market research and recommendations;
- Provide customers with timely and effective services and meet their research and other needs in a timely manner, so as to maintain a healthy and stable good cooperative relationship;

Requirements:
- At least 7 years experiences in investment banking, institutional sales or other relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing sovereign customers ;
- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); exceptional verbal and written communication skills; native Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.

Backtest quantitative investment strategies

Skills Required:

- Reviewing due diligence performed by deal teams and the underlying due diligence record.
- Reviewing and approving various transaction documents.
- Assessing the regulatory and business risk of investment banking transactions, and reporting to senior management where necessary.
- Organizing and participating in internal committee meetings which consider the acceptance and launch of investment banking transactions.
- Conducting research, internal statistics and other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in global investment banks, law firms or big four audit firms with knowledge of various financial products and regulations of the capital markets and securities companies in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Experience in overseas capital markets is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with excellent team spirit, conscientious and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, using English and Mandarin as working language.
