The Job
Carry out branch visits to establish rapport with bank sales representatives & management team
Assist in negotiating with bank branch managers/ insurance specialists on all sales & marketing aspects
Provide sales and distribution support to partners included conduct briefing, training, pre-case discussion and sales appointment join call
Follow up new application underwriting and policy service progress
Implement sales & marketing programs to ensure a consistent business sales growth
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department
Liaise with other departments to ensure operational service requirements of Bancassurance business partners are met
Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Person
University graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more supervisory experience may be considered for Senior Manager
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Very strong in interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills
Able to motivate the team with positive spirit
Candidate with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution as Prestige Insurance Sales Manager I.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead, execute and proactively implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate and encourage learning and re-enforce application within the work place
- Provide guidance to insurance specialist in the branches, and also responsible for formulating and implementing tactics/strategies
- Monitor and review current sales process in order to improve channel efficiency and customer experience
- Enhance capabilities and professionalism of the sales force to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Manage the performance and ensure the professionalism and sales quality of team members
- Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure of the Bank
- Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of insurance products
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Good presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination and attains relevant professional qualifications such as CFP/CFMP/QRA/CFA an advantage
- Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

The Sales Solution Consultant Specialist is responsible for working with the sales team in identifying clients’ needs, proposing and demonstrating the FIS Insurance actuarial solutions and works in conjunction with the sales executives to pursue high value software and services sales and business development opportunities within FIS’s current and prospective client base to achieve or exceed yearly sales goals, increase market share and maximize profits.
As a senior actuarial consultant, they will be responsible for developing and managing the clients technical and end user relationships and assisting sales executives in selling the strategic vision at C-level to board level as required.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support FIS insurance clients in APAC (Mainly Large Regional Insurers in Hong Kong)
- Through direct communication with prospective clients, work with sales executives to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and solutions requirements
- Help develop and articulate the value proposition of FIS’ Prophet actuarial solution to clients
- Demonstrate the actuarial and related insurance solutions to current and prospective clients. Provide actuarial, business and technical input to RFP’s, client proposals, etc…
- In conjunction with the sales executives help manage and control the sales cycle from initial prospect contact, client needs analysis, solution presentation, completion of proposals, delivery schedules and product specifications
- Lead GTM initiatives for business development and incremental pipeline generation
- Be the client’s point of contact and co-ordinate with regional and global stakeholders
- Maintain an effective presence at industry events, conferences, seminars and trainings as required
- Represent FIS in the relevant actuarial associations and fairs
- Maintain expertise in related insurance industry issues relative to trends, competition, and customer needs
- Maintain expertise relative to the function and technology of the FIS product offering in order to represent and sell effectively
- Train new/junior team members as a senior consultant
What you Bring~
- Strong background in life insurance
- Extensive actuarial modelling experience
- In depth understanding and experience of actuarial and risk modelling techniques
- Knowledge or hands on experience of using other Prophet suite solutions like Prophet Enterprise, Insurance Data Repository etc, will be an advantage
- Extensive coding experience and expertise
- Business fluency in English
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Around 15-25% of travel will be required
- University graduate in Actuary Studies or equivalent (actuarial certification an advantage)
- Have worked in Insurance company, Business consultancy firms or Insurance solution providers for at least 10 years
- Extensive experience in Prophet Modelling and Actuarial Systems
