- Ensure sales staff are capable to cross-sell various types of insurance products and able to deliver innovative products to our customers
- Implement the Group's/Bank's Compliance policy by managing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relation with regulators
Requirements

Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience in institutional sales within the asset management industry or within other financial services companies with strong experience covering insurance clients, with a strong track record of driving business growth and client engagement.
- Deep expertise in managing and expanding relationships with insurance clients across Greater China, delivering tailored investment solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
