• Lead and manage interior design projects for all brand retail branches and headquarters offices.
• Develop and implement brand image design standards to ensure global consistency.
• Oversee design proposals, on-site construction, budget approvals, and construction quality control.
• Supervise daily operations and professional development of the design team.
• Collaborate closely with both internal & external parties such as project team to drive project execution and ensure timely project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design creativity and competitiveness
• Support ad-hoc assignments as needed

What we look for:

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or any related disciplines or above
• Relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 15 years’ interior design experience in interior design, with at least 8 years in a team leadership role (Jewellery retail experience preferred)
• Proven track record in retail brand image and office design project management
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team leader and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred

The Senior Associate Director leads and inspires multiple teams to ensure that innovative and thought-provoking projects achieve high quality design standards and are delivered on time and on budget. Leadership

• Works with HR business partners to build and foster strong teams, leading, guiding and providing training to juniors to support their professional and creative development.
• Initiates studio or group activities, leads brainstorming sessions and manages conflicts effectively.

Client Relationships

• Operates as the primary point of contact for clients, making significant contributions during client meetings and presentations
• Works with MarComms and BD teams to develop new business, enhancing internal and external communication via functions, events, forums and publications.
• Leads the preparation of fee bids, and undertakes fee proposals and fee negotiations for projects.

Budget Control

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and ensures project fees are maximized without threat to client relationship and repeat work.

We’re open to offering either Senior Associate Director or Associate Director, depending on the candidate’s background and experience.
