Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of the Sales Surveillance, Sales Practice, and conduct risk & control framework across Consumer Businesses (1st Line of Defense)
  • Coordinate and work with the relevant teams to investigate conduct risk related cases & sales practice complaints, for substantiated cases, work with businesses to conduct root cause analysis and liaise with business and line control officers on any deficiencies or control gaps as well as ensuring appropriate remedial actions are in place where deficiencies are identified.
  • Coordinate and oversee the sales practice complaints. Report to senior management in the Sales Complaint Review Forum to review and decide on resolutions to customers in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform data analysis and prepare MIS to report conduct risk issues at various governance meetings
  • Conduct trend analysis and prepare materials/ lesson learnt to communicate to various Consumer teams in relevant forums to improve staff awareness of conduct risks
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for governance meetings and regional reporting
  • Manage the End-to-End Mystery Shopping Program including vendor management, program design, reporting and corrective action.
  • Support the Sales Surveillance, Sales Practice and Conduct Management Lead on the roll out of new guidelines or global initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in risk, compliance, audit or regulatory functions.
  • Experience in working with the various risk and control systems and reporting requirements
  • Project management skills. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
  • Problem solver with the ability to translate plans in actions
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Knowledge in retail investment and insurance product is preferable

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for front office and clients and aid in review of Cash Equity business in APAC. Knowledgeable in China Stock Connect and Hong Kong markets will be an advantage.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to architect and manage our AI video generation platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack development of web-based video generation products, from frontend interface design to backend system architecture, ensuring product functionality completeness and smooth performance
  • Utilize cutting-edge frontend technologies such as React and Vue3 to build highly interactive, user-friendly interfaces that visualize video editing, effects display, and workflow guidance features

Required Qualifications

Software Development Engineer - Video Generation

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to architect and manage our AI video generation platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack development of web-based video generation products, from frontend interface design to backend system architecture, ensuring product functionality completeness and smooth performance
  • Utilize cutting-edge frontend technologies such as React and Vue3 to build highly interactive, user-friendly interfaces that visualize video editing, effects display, and workflow guidance features
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), or Java (Spring Boot) to ensure efficient operation of core video processing algorithms and manage video assets and user project data
  • Optimize frontend-backend data interactions, handle high-concurrency requests, and ensure system stability under large-scale user access, guaranteeing smooth video generation, storage, and playback processes
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and testing teams to participate in product iterations, providing innovative technical solutions and driving continuous product optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of full-stack development experience with outstanding programming abilities and high code quality standards
  • Hands-on project experience using AI coding products for complete product development
  • Familiar with at least one backend development language such as, Python, Java, with mastery of corresponding development frameworks
  • Database design and development experience with proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Knowledge of video processing, understanding of video encoding and format conversion principles, familiar with video processing tools and related libraries
  • Understanding of server operations and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud) with ability to deploy and configure servers
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, excellent problem-solving abilities, passionate about new technologies with enthusiasm for learning and exploration
