Position Overview
- Reporting to Head of FP&A and Business Strategy & Analytics, Global Sourcing, this candidate will work closely with region to prepare, consolidate, and independently review for the delivery of budget and forecasts. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in managing financial processes, identifying business opportunities, and optimizing costs within the region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- To be the Region's key finance partner who strategizes business structure, simulates commercial outcomes, identifies critical success factors and development blockers.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Partner with regional leadership team to monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead the submission process for financial information, coordinating month-end closing activities and ensuring alignment with actual results.
- Prepare monthly management reports with in-depth analysis of key financial KPIs, highlighting key financial trends and business drivers.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities and cost saving initiatives.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or any business-related discipline
- MBA is a plus
- Professional qualification, such as Qualified Accountant is a strong plus
- Minimum 5-8 years of combined Accounting & Financial Planning experience in Multinational Corporations
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and strong team player
- Proactive, flexible and can-do attitude
- Effective communication skills and excellence interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:**
This role will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the APAC region, working closely with cross-functional teams and country finance leads.
Regional Financial Planning Analysis / Budget / Forecasting
+ Support and drive the monthly estimate process and consolidation of APAC reporting deliverables. Act as a key partner to standardize reporting across the markets, enhance consistency, and reporting efficiency throughout the APAC region.
+ Work closely with APAC markets to ensure timely financial reporting of PVH APAC to Senior management/ Regional finance team.
+ Analyze regional financial performance, identifying trends, variance, and key drivers of financial results
+ Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, strategy plan, and monthly rolling forecasts.
+ Help coordinate and upload forecast submissions for specific business units, such as the Brand Management Office, ensuring alignment with regional timelines and assumptions.
+ Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management to identify business opportunities and track performance against targets.
Process Optimization and System Implementation
+ Streamline and automate financial processes using technology while enhancing reporting quality through system checks and best practices

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data with operational and customer data, enabling more comprehensive business insights.
Data Management and Analytics

**Qualifications & Experience**
Experience:

Education:

Role Overview- Position: Finance Expert – Contract, Remote
- Commitment: At least 20 hours per week until December
- Join a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. Contribute your finance expertise to cutting-edge AI research.
- Collaborate with AI researchers on finance-related projects
- Provide insights from investment banking or private equity
- Utilize experience in restructuring, PIPE, IPO modeling, or derivatives
- Apply knowledge in biotech, gaming, telecom, media, or transportation sectors
- Complete assessments to demonstrate financial modeling skills
- Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in top firms within investment banking or private equity
- Experience in product or coverage groups such as restructuring, PIPE, IPO modeling, or derivatives
- Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biotech, gaming, telecom, media, or transportation sectors
- Compensation: $1 0/hour
- Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect

Responsibilities
- Play an important role in end-to-end execution of transactions, such as IPO, M&A, other capital raising mandates.
- Support senior bankers in sourcing new business opportunities by preparing pitch materials.
- Develop, maintain and analyze sophisticated financial models for potential transactions and client pitches.
- Conduct due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory checks.

We're seeking talented Investment Banking subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to collaborate directly with the research teams of a leading AI lab.
What You’ll Do- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Investment Banking-related topics.
- Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to Investment Banking topics. As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor.
- Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess finance reasoning across tasks.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to Finance problems.
- Evaluate financial tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
- Location: Currently living in the US
- Education: A Master's or Ph.D. degree from a top-tier university relevant to finance.

- Ideal commitment of ~40hrs/week with a minimum availability of ~20 hrs/week. You'll join calibration calls with the client’s team 2-5x per week.
