Responsibilities:

- conduct research on global markets, analyzing trends, identifying potential customers, and assessing competition for a company's products or services;
- build and maintain relationships with international partners, customers, and stakeholders;
- ensure that all international trade activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and trade agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in international business, international trade or relevant;
- Min 2 years' experience in international trade, market research or related fields (Chinese sizeable enterprise an advantage);
- Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations;
- Strong analytical skill and be able to work independently;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Drive and develop robust trade compliance solutions/strategies across the region to reinforce the compliance control
- Identify and monitor trade compliance related regulations requirements timely, assess potential impacts and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to determine the necessary actions to comply with the laws or regulations and mitigate the risk
- Verify the documents requirements during the import/export, re-export, and transfer of both regular and controlled goods with respect to the mandatory data requirement and authorizations or licenses issued by competent authorities
- Pro-actively identify trade risk and threats, develop appropriate trade compliance controls, and report immediately on any potential violations of the regulations
- Support different projects by providing trade compliance oversights and recommendations on the supply chain flows and documents verification to comply with country-specific regulations and Group directives/policies
- Conduct trade compliance requirements gap analysis for brand new market, new distribution flows and e-commerce channels
- Partner with relevant functions to ensure appropriate utilization of the GTS for product classification (import/export), restricted party screening, and duty savings compliance, and ensure proper country of origin determination and valuation
- Partner with appropriate parties to identify, evaluate and take opportunities to facilitate trade in a cost-effective and compliant manner (e.g., make use of applicable Free Trade Agreements)
- Conduct effective trade compliance training as required throughout the region and provide support to local teams to execute or transfer Group directives/policies into operational instructions.

- Over 10 years of proven experience in trade compliance in the brand company, consultant company or 3PL with sound background/expertise in customs regulations, tax, import/export regulations in APAC.

The position represents all areas of Regulatory Compliance subject matters in both the APJ Senior Management forum and the APJ Legal team. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead a dedicated team in the APJ region, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency in compliance practices.
- Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Establish and maintain robust compliance frameworks for import, export, and export control across all TD SYNNEX companies in the APJ region. Represent regulatory compliance matters in APJ Senior Management and Legal forums.
- Import Compliance: Oversee import compliance in APJ, coordinating closely with the Global Director of Import Compliance coordinating on policy, procedures. Develop and implement duty deferral and mitigation programs to minimize tariff on COGs.
- Export Licensing: Support the Sr. Director of Global Export Licensing to ensure all transactions comply with U.S. re-export and country-specific export licensing requirements. Lead the deployment of the E2 Open Export Licensing Module in APJ by 2026.
- Greater China & HK Compliance: Manages Regulatory Compliance for greater China and HK. Ensures TD SYNNEX activities in greater China are compliant with U.S. regulations including the U.S. Treasury investment rule (August 2024), the U.S. Department of Justice Bulk Information Rule (December 2024) and other ensuing regulatory restrictions as codified toward China and HK.
- Environmental Compliance: Supports Director of Environmental Product Compliance, i.e., packaging, WEEE etc., for APJ. Teams with our APJ business partners to manage environmental fee payments and recovery (customers) as required by country regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Direct self-assessments to ensure the accuracy of import valuations, classifications, and other regulatory requirements. Develop remediation plans to address any findings.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A 4-year university degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the high-tech industry and APJ Customs Compliance is essential.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of import-export regulations and compliance laws. Proven ability to work collaboratively with regulators and business partners.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of making impactful decisions and driving change.

工作职责:
- 负责开发和维护市场,与客户保持良好的沟通
- 负责了解客户需求,做好售前,生产,售后服务;
- 负责国外贸易出口产品订单的谈判、合同的签订及整个贸易流程;
- 利用网络平台,邮件,电话与客户进行业务交流;
- 负责签订大宗贸易合同及监督合同执行,处理相关商务事宜
- 重要客户的接洽联络.关系维护;
任职资格:
- 大学本科及以上学历,国际贸易类相关专业
- 1-3年以上进出口业务管理工作经验
- 熟悉进出口业务流程,熟悉外贸进出口法律条规,具备贸易管理专业知识和相关技能
- 具有优秀的英文听.说.读.写能力,熟悉使用办公软件;
- 具备优秀的组织管理能力,良好的沟通和谈判技巧,良好的创新意识.团队合作能力及服务意识,责任心强。

薪酬: $25,000.00至$50,000.00(每月)
