The role will plan and implement marketing activities and value-added services that align with the customer strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. Develop and roll out effective customer lifecycle management and data-driven cross-sell/upsell campaigns to deepen customer penetration and increase our share of wallet.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deploy customer campaigns across customer lifecycle to uplift customer engagement and penetration
- Implement personalized and effective customer and marketing communications to optimize the campaign response
- Collaborate with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to design for differentiating marketing activities, engagement tools and privileged offers that create customer engagement opportunities and enrich propositions.

- Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in customer engagement. Constantly benchmark with the market to identify actionable improvements and convert into new initiative ideas.
- Degree holder in marketing or a related field
- Have 5+ years of working experience in Marketing (preferably from financial institution)

Support the Group Chief Product Officer (GCPO) to build out the Group Product Function, focusing on portfolio management and governance, process enhancements and product strategy.Responsibilities Target Operating Model:- Support the Group Chief Product Officer (GCPO) to build and maintain the Product COE at the Group level by establishing an operating model and developing the Group Product Function
- Work closely with and support the GCPO as well as Local Business Units (LBUs) to develop and standardise the target operating model for product functions across Local Business Units
- Support the establishment of a Product Community of Practice, work closely with LBUs’ product functions on product proposition and idea sharing
- Conduct regular LBUs portfolio review, evaluate margin uplift / OFSG / cash profile improvement, to drive on-going portfolio management, rationalisation and optimisation; these also include identification of non-value adding products and funds to discontinue on an ongoing basis, as well as providing recommendation of management action where appropriate
- Work closely and integrate with various Group stakeholders such as Group Finance, Group Risk and Group Health, into the current in-force management process for active maintenance and optimisation of product portfolio
- Conduct product post-implementation review, evaluate product performance and ensure the implemented products meet customer needs and our business objectives; also identify areas of improvement, recommend and drive product enhancement as well as day-2 items implementation as needed
- Work with various Group stakeholders on optimisation for product metrics
- Review LBUs’ product development, management and governance processes such as their product functions setup, product committee structure, product related standards and frameworks, then identify gaps and drive corresponding enhancement as well as regular update
- Provide product governance and product development process best practice sharing
- Support the GCPO and work with Group and LBU stakeholders on cross-functional projects to improve our internal process where appropriate as well as to reduce time and effort to product launch
- Support the GCPO on development of in-house capabilities on product assumptions
- Provide supports on product development process to LBUs as needed
- Support the GCPO to work closely with various stakeholders, such as Group Customer Proposition, Group Investment, Group Risk, internal and external reinsurers, consultants, to drive product innovation and Group product strategy execution
- Support the GCPO on integrating the Group Product Function into the Business Plan process; review LBUs’ Product Strategy and Product Plans, identify opportunities and work with the GCPO and LBUs to drive strategic enhancement
- Qualified actuary with several years of post-qualification experience
- Extensive experience in life insurance products across multiple product categories as well as markets relevant to Prudential
- Enthusiasm for advancing the product function, improving the status quo in markets and bringing new ideas to the Group.
- Organised, analytical and logical thinker
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and apply critical thinking and judgment, as well as ability to stand back and consider the big picture.

This role is responsible for the risk management of an assigned portfolio of transactions and monitoring of credit and transaction related risks within a AIBD AFD portfolio.
The transactions are originated by origination team in AIBD AFD and may be on a bilateral, club or syndication basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic
- To prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, borrower ratings which include recommendations, within due dates, in accordance to the Bank’s internal guidelines and credit appetite. When producing the review or application, sound credit analysis, sensitivity analysis on financial models (to ensure it remains accurate and relevant), and examination of the key points and concerns will have to be clearly articulated so the credit offices can understand the key points.
- To undertake appropriate identification of early warning indicators, risks issues, close monitoring of and reporting on the status of the borrower and underlying project conditions, including escalating to appropriate departments where applicable. To prepare and host monthly Close Watch meetings.
- Actively managing the overall risk profile of the borrower, effective obligor or transaction and to recommend changes where necessary to mitigate risks.
- To prepare borrower ratings and cash flow projections in rating reviews.
- To play an active supporting role on refinancing and potential work-out transactions, where required.
- To actively support the negotiation of waiver terms and amendment documents, where required.
- To co-work on secondary loan transfers and loan participation, where required.
- To prepare regular reports, including but not limited to credit conditions and instructions, action plans, stress tests, sector monitoring reports, Asset Evaluation Sheet, presentations to management or credit committee. To prepare ad-hoc reports related to the portfolio that has a financial impact to the Bank, or as requested by Management/Head Office or Regulators.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits or regulatory inspections.
- Support the Team Leader and HOD in the Team’s operations, administration duties, organizing events as well as to provide back-up support for other team members, when required, as well as to participate in ad-hoc projects under the Bank’s initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines. Including supporting KYC and compliance requirements.
- Support in maintaining, developing and updating local credit policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
- To identify industry, economic and sector trends and developments which can impact the portfolio.
- To represent AIBD AFD and Global Aviation Finance Office (GAFO) on interactions with and reporting matters to HK Branch and HK local regulator.
- Support the delivery of timely process improvement initiatives for the Team.
- To support AFD team for credit assessment and onboarding of new clients and recommend appropriate Borrower Rating for the client
- Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Bank's reputation and to meet customer's expectations.
- Liaise and collaborate with customers, agents, external consultants, auditors, regulators and others to ensure that the Team may perform its functions in an appropriate and timely manner.
- To work in partnership with and liaise with origination/structuring teams, relationship managers/sector coverage, credit teams, middle offices, overseas/regional branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and other departments to support the Teams’ responsibilities and matters relating to transactions under the portfolio.
- To guide fellow team members on internal policies, procedures and knowledge sharing. To mentor junior members of the team.
- To liaise with various departments and work together with GAFO as a global aviation team.
- To comply with relevant MAS and HKMA regulations and MUFG group policies.
- Degree qualified. Professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM would be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years experience in credit analysis and credit risk (including Structured Products financing or Corporate Banking).
- Experience in reviewing and preparing credit application recommendations, waiver requests, reviews of credit controls and legal documentation.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to details and accuracy.
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and a good team player, with ability to build rapport with internal and external parties.
- Good understanding of banking products and their risks.

The Officer, Product specialist (Cards Portfolio Management) is an intermediate level position responsible for driving the growth and profitability of product by developing and executing strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and ensuring superior customer experience. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to acquire new users, risk management, revenue optimization while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**In this role, you're expected to:**
+ Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth
+ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
+ Support managing end to end card product lifecycle, including pricing, features and promotions
+ Provide insight and recommendations on innovative product development, product targeting, and segmentation strategies as well as oversee aspects of product development life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
+ Provide insight and execute on core marketing disciplines such as product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching, and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth
+ Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns to drive adoption of fee paying services / features
+ Project manage product enhancement projects which includes gathering business requirement, reviewing test plan, verify test results and monitor post launch performance, while adhering to internal governance and policy requirement.
+ Manage Work closely with technology and operations to manage product enhancements projects from providing business requirement
+ Participate in budgeting and planning for strategic priorities and initiatives
+ Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
+ 2 years of relevant experience
+ Cross functional knowledge (e.g. marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, analytics)
+ Ability to drive business innovation, leverage management information, and utilize data analytics to drive results

This role is responsible for the risk management of an assigned portfolio of transactions and monitoring of credit and transaction related risks within a AIBD AFD portfolio.
The transactions are originated by origination team in AIBD AFD and may be on a bilateral, club or syndication basis.
**Job Responsibilities:**
**Strategic**
+ To prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, borrower ratings which include recommendations, within due dates, in accordance to the Bank's internal guidelines and credit appetite. When producing the review or application, sound credit analysis, sensitivity analysis on financial models (to ensure it remains accurate and relevant), and examination of the key points and concerns will have to be clearly articulated so the credit offices can understand the key points.
+ To undertake appropriate identification of early warning indicators, risks issues, close monitoring of and reporting on the status of the borrower and underlying project conditions, including escalating to appropriate departments where applicable. To prepare and host monthly Close Watch meetings.
+ Actively managing the overall risk profile of the borrower, effective obligor or transaction and to recommend changes where necessary to mitigate risks.
+ To prepare borrower ratings and cash flow projections in rating reviews.
+ To play an active supporting role on refinancing and potential work-out transactions, where required.
+ To actively support the negotiation of waiver terms and amendment documents, where required.
+ To co-work on secondary loan transfers and loan participation, where required.
+ To prepare regular reports, including but not limited to credit conditions and instructions, action plans, stress tests, sector monitoring reports, Asset Evaluation Sheet, presentations to management or credit committee. To prepare ad-hoc reports related to the portfolio that has a financial impact to the Bank, or as requested by Management/Head Office or Regulators.
+ Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits or regulatory inspections.
+ Support the Team Leader and HOD in the Team's operations, administration duties, organizing events as well as to provide back-up support for other team members, when required, as well as to participate in ad-hoc projects under the Bank's initiatives.
+ Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines. Including supporting KYC and compliance requirements.
+ Support in maintaining, developing and updating local credit policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
+ To identify industry, economic and sector trends and developments which can impact the portfolio.
+ To represent AIBD AFD and Global Aviation Finance Office (GAFO) on interactions with and reporting matters to HK Branch and HK local regulator.
**Financial**
+ Support the delivery of timely process improvement initiatives for the Team.
+ To support AFD team for credit assessment and onboarding of new clients and recommend appropriate Borrower Rating for the client
**Customer**
+ Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Bank's reputation and to meet customer's expectations.
+ Liaise and collaborate with customers, agents, external consultants, auditors, regulators and others to ensure that the Team may perform its functions in an appropriate and timely manner.
+ To work in partnership with and liaise with origination/structuring teams, relationship managers/sector coverage, credit teams, middle offices, overseas/regional branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and other departments to support the Teams' responsibilities and matters relating to transactions under the portfolio.
**People**
+ To guide fellow team members on internal policies, procedures and knowledge sharing. To mentor junior members of the team.
+ To liaise with various departments and work together with GAFO as a global aviation team.
**Other/ Control**
+ To comply with relevant MAS and HKMA regulations and MUFG group policies.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Degree qualified. Professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM would be an advantage.
+ Minimum 6 years experience in credit analysis and credit risk (including Structured Products financing or Corporate Banking).
+ Experience in reviewing and preparing credit application recommendations, waiver requests, reviews of credit controls and legal documentation.
+ Strong organisation skills and attention to details and accuracy.
+ Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
+ Proactive, resourceful and a good team player, with ability to build rapport with internal and external parties.
+ Good understanding of banking products and their risks.
+ Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, critical and data analysis, impact sensitivity studies, financial modelling.
+ Familiarity in financing documentation and legal considerations.
