Responsibilities

• Source new investment opportunities;
• Conduct thorough research on industry and technology trends independently;

• Perform financial modeling, valuation and return analysis;
• Participate in deal structuring and legal documentation;
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee review and other internal discussions;

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant subjects;
• A minimum 5-year relevant work experience, preferably from venture capital, private equity, corporate investment, technology start-up, investment banking or management consulting;
• An analytical mind with solid research, financial modeling, qualitative and quantitative analytical skills;
• Strong writing, presentation and verbal communication skills;
• Great attention to details;
