Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Student status, preferably penultimate year student in Hong Kong universities
• Fluent in English and other Asian languages, preferably Cantonese or Mandarin for the Hong Kong role
• Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
• Strong knowledge in finance, accounting and research
• Can independently work on tasks with minimal guidance
• Preferably with prior experience in relevant sectors

Our client is the investment banking arm of a state-owned Chinese bank with strong financial services presence in HK. They are expanding their Investment Banking team and are looking for multiple junior banker (at Associate level) to join, details as follow

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the execution of various corporate finance transactions including IPO sponsors, M&A, and financial advisory projects etc.
• Take part in financial due diligence, preparation of pitchbook, drafting of prospectus and A1 pack, and liaise with SFC and HKEx on enquiries etc.
