We are currently seeking Investment Funds Lawyers to join our team and provide long term support (2+ years ) to our Fortune 500 clients:

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds as well as legal support on funds investments and related investment strategies

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 or more years of experience practicing in investment funds/asset management practice, or relevant experience in-house

The Officer, Product specialist (Cards Portfolio Management) is an intermediate level position responsible for driving the growth and profitability of product by developing and executing strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and ensuring superior customer experience. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to acquire new users, risk management, revenue optimization while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support managing end to end card product lifecycle, including pricing, features and promotions
  • Provide insight and recommendations on innovative product development, product targeting, and segmentation strategies as well as oversee aspects of product development life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
  • Provide insight and execute on core marketing disciplines such as product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching, and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth

The Officer, Product specialist (Cards Portfolio Management) is an intermediate level position responsible for driving the growth and profitability of product by developing and executing strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and ensuring superior customer experience. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to acquire new users, risk management, revenue optimization while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**In this role, you're expected to:**
+ Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth
+ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
+ Support managing end to end card product lifecycle, including pricing, features and promotions
+ Provide insight and recommendations on innovative product development, product targeting, and segmentation strategies as well as oversee aspects of product development life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
+ Provide insight and execute on core marketing disciplines such as product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching, and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth

A leading Hong Kong-based investment platform backed by one of Asia’s most respected diversified conglomerates is seeking an Associate-level investment professional to join its Private Equity Fund of Funds team .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and perform due diligence on private equity fund opportunities across geographies and strategies (buyout, growth, special situations, etc.)
  • Assist in portfolio construction, capital deployment planning, and ongoing monitoring of fund managers
  • Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal committees
  • Support internal processes including reporting, performance analysis, and risk oversight
  • Contribute to co-investment screening and analysis, where applicable

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in fund investing , ideally at a fund of funds , allocator, or in a private equity environment
  • Exposure to private equity fund selection and manager due diligence is highly preferred
  • Alternatively, candidates from direct private equity backgrounds with a strong interest in fund investing will also be considered
  • Top academic credentials from a globally recognized university
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus)
  • Smart, thoughtful, and collaborative – with long-term commitment to the allocator model
  • Humble and driven – not seeking a fast VP track , but ready to grow with the platform over time
