Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Economics and related disciplines

Job Description:

Portfolio Management

• Optimise risk adjusted returns within risk limits and capital requirements
• Monitor compliance with internal governance (PPP, internal Investment OGs etc)
• Work with ALM on strategic asset allocation strategy development
• Propose, implement and maintain ongoing portfolio rebalancing, tactical asset allocation strategies
• Manage cash deployment processes together with local Finance and SLC teams; manage cash allocation and trade plans; allocate assets according to PPP requirements

• Strong commercial judgment with a proven track record of bringing new customer solutions and innovations to generate portfolio growth
• Proven experience in product management
• Sound awareness and knowledge about the use of data analytics and customer behavior
• Highly motivated, fast-paced, and possession of strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Experience to lead a team of professionals
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
