Position Overview

The
General Manager, Investment Services (Alternatives)
will lead and expand the firm's alternative investment platform, driving strategic initiatives across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum
    15 years' experience
    in investment management, with at least
    8 years in alternative investments
    .
  • Proven leadership track record in managing multi-asset investment platforms or alternative portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of private markets, fund structures, due diligence processes, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong network within global and regional fund managers and institutional investors.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
