We are looking for investment counselor passionate to assist front office staffs to generate revenue from wealth management products/wealth planning services by providing client portfolio advisory to private wealth clients on multi-asset classes. The candidate is also expected to build a highly proactive and long-term relationship with private wealth clients by acting as the second point of contact to offer market views and executing investment strategies for the clients.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide client portfolio advisory to private wealth clients on multi-asset classes including equities, fixed incomes, funds, and structured products based on house view.
- Lead discussion with clients along with relationship managers with focus on effectively delivering multi-asset ideas aiming to maximize client’s portfolio performance consistent with client’s objective and risk profile.
- Act as the second point of contact by offering market views, planning and execution of investment strategies to private wealth clients.
- Monitor client portfolios for performance, appropriateness and investment opportunities.
- Assist relationship managers to serve sophisticated client and keep abreast of investment market latest trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build a highly proactive and long-term relationship with private wealth clients by generating and sustaining revenue growth whilst broadening client base.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial institution preferably Private Banking/Wealth Management specializing in sales & marketing of investment products, dealing experience will be an advantage.
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance, Business Administration Economics or related disciplines, professional qualification of CFA/FRM/CPA is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of investment products including equities, fixed incomes, funds and esp. structured products.
- Client focused with strong business acumen, presentation (both written and oral), sales, analytic, technical and relationship building skills.
- Strong judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity.
- Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sole financial institution preferably private banking/wealth management specializing in derivative based structured products advisory, preferably across asset class, dealing experience will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of private client distribution is required.
- Team player with strong presentation skills and solid analytical skills.
- Strong judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity.
- Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost structures, production efficiency, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, including product costing, capital expenditure (CAPEX) analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs (e.g., gross margin, production yield, overhead absorption) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to provide data-driven insights and cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations, including variance analysis against production budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and present high-quality board papers and presentations on financial performance.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling financial presentations to executives and stakeholders, translating manufacturing financials into strategic insights.
- Create executive dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support operational efficiency and profitability improvements.
- Present financial results and forecasts in a way that aligns with manufacturing KPIs and business objectives.
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Units to align financial plans with production goals and cost control initiatives.
- Drive digitization within the FP&A organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred (e.g., cost accounting, production finance, supply chain finance).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex modeling).
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) with experience in manufacturing modules.
- Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to support the financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, fluency in English (both written and spoken), and exceptional presentation abilities to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. This role will drive budgeting, cost analysis, and decision support to optimize operational and financial performance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost structures, production efficiency, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, including product costing, capital expenditure (CAPEX) analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs (e.g., gross margin, production yield, overhead absorption) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to provide data-driven insights and cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations, including variance analysis against production budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and present high-quality board papers and presentations on financial performance.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling financial presentations to executives and stakeholders, translating manufacturing financials into strategic insights.
- Create executive dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support operational efficiency and profitability improvements.
- Present financial results and forecasts in a way that aligns with manufacturing KPIs and business objectives.
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Units to align financial plans with production goals and cost control initiatives.
- Drive digitization within the FP&A organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred (e.g., cost accounting, production finance, supply chain finance).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex modeling).
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) with experience in manufacturing modules.
- Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for executive audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
