1. Assist the IR Head in aligning with the company's development strategy and business growth needs, formulating IR communication strategies, and establishing and promoting a positive corporate image in the capital markets.
2. Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare disclosure materials such as press releases, interim/annual reports, presentations, scripts, and IR website, communicate the company's messages to the capital markets.

Expected Skills and Experiences

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Investment, public relations, media and related fields;

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations professional experience in a listed company or Financial PR Agency, with preference for experience in Hong Kong or US stock markets, and prior experience as a buy-side or sell-side analyst would be ideal. Knowledge of China's Internet industry is an advantage. Experience in social media and new media is preferred.
3. Fluent spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese. High proficiency in written English is required.
