Overview

Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Finance & Transactions, Conglomerate – Hong Kong (Central & Western District). This position focuses on financing activities, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the preparation of financing proposals and documentation.

• Review and negotiate terms and conditions of financing documents.
• Coordinate with external and internal parties (investors, investment, asset management, legal, treasury, etc.) to facilitate smooth execution of financing transactions.
