Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and work closely with team members in managing the operations and financial performance of the projects assigned
• Report to the Senior Project Manager (GI) and act as site in charge for the Ground Investigation projects
• Undertake statutory duties as TCP-T4 and GEO approved Geotechnical Engineer for Group II GI Contractors
• Ensure Health & Safety rules are complied with
• Manage plant, equipment, materials and human resources for the projects
• Monitor work performance of sub-constructors
• Develop good working relationship with relevant government authorities, clients, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
• Familiar with market price of materials and resources and possess solid experience in tendering, budget costing, subletting, handling VO and payments
• Very strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Driving Licence preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Requirements:

• 12 years experience including 5 years in ground investigation
• Less experience could be considered for deputy role
• Degree in Geology / Earth Science / Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or related Disciplines

This position supports the strategic and operational functions of the logistics and supply chain network and is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of logistics activities, enhancing service performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

By working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners, the role aims to optimize supply chain efficiency, uphold service standards, and contribute to the overall success of the organization's logistics operations.

• Understand the customer's supply chain requirements and collaborate with the Account Manager to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with both customer goals and company capabilities.
• Identify customer pain points and supply chain challenges, and proactively propose initiatives that drive process optimization, generate additional revenue, and/or deliver cost savings to customers and Yusen.
• Conduct regular business review meetings with customers and/or their service providers to evaluate performance, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee service performance across the Yusen network as in Global Control Tower, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements.
• Partner with the IT department to support the enhancement of logistics systems and facilitate the implementation of optimization functionalities that improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding or supply chain operations
• Intermediate level or above in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Summary

We are looking for Business Development Managers across key markets such as the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the full sales process by transforming industry players to become industry partners, and also driving expansion adoption with our existing partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Work with the Senior Management team and Payments Director to develop and execute business development strategies and projects
2. Research and identify new business opportunities, focusing on Crypto On- and Off-Ramp and crypto-acceptance solutions, to grow market share, increase revenue channels and capture new client segments, while being fully aware of new products and competition status
3. Carry out business negotiations for partnerships, including building partnership proposals and internal workflow
4. Become a product expert and brand ambassador and confidently represent Alchemy Pay at conferences and local events
5. Carry out market research for best practices in the world of payments, giving market insights and providing support to the Payments team
6. Proactively monitor KPIs, competitor landscape, and partner and community feedback to iterate overall product, marketing and business strategies
7. Have an existing and continue to build a strong network of relationships within the Payments, Blockchain and Crypto industries to identify opportunities
8. Work closely with the Operations team to facilitate client onboarding and after sales support
