As a Vice President in the Credit Risk Management (Asia Hedge Funds & Asset Managers) team, you will join JPMorgan Chase's team of internal credit experts, responsible for managing the bank's credit exposure portfolio. You will serve as the primary credit coverage for a diverse portfolio of Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, and Asset Managers domiciled in Asia Pacific, overseeing transaction execution and ongoing credit management across multiple products. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the bank's risk management strategy and support its growth in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Asia Pacific Hedge Funds and Asset Managers, acting as the main point of contact for all lines of business
- Maintain primary responsibility for the management of ongoing credit relationships by assigning internal ratings, recommending credit appetite, and critically assessing risk measures
- Lead client due diligence meetings, transaction structuring/execution, and oversee negotiation of legal documentation
- Review and approve trading activity, including recommending margin requirements and structural solutions to mitigate risks
- Build effective client partnerships, both internally and externally, ensuring business priorities are understood, challenged, and managed
- Drive end-to-end processes and transactions, including leading discussions with stakeholders and senior credit risk management
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Hedge Fund/Asset Manager investment strategies and risks inherent to them
- Coach and train junior team members to think holistically about risk, providing guidance and feedback to improve quality and efficiency
- Maintain detailed knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry, and market trends across Asia and globally, incorporating insights into portfolio risk management
- Be a thought leader, driving key initiatives and process changes by identifying limitations/gaps in systems, risk controls, and policies
- Work closely with North America/EMEA Credit counterparts to drive a consistent global coverage model
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with concepts of Credit Risk, including potential mitigants
- Understanding of risk and return metrics (VaR, Stress, MTM, DV01, etc.), including critical assessment of various measures/methods
- Counterparty credit risk analysis skills, with knowledge of financial markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in client interaction and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to learn quickly, and high attention to detail
- Highly motivated with a natural passion to learn and high level of intellectual curiosity
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in conducting diligence on Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, or Financial Institutions in a corporate or investment bank
- Knowledge of the Hedge Fund and Asset Management industry, their investment strategies, and risks inherent to them
- Postgraduate qualifications, e.g., CFA, Masters of Finance are highly regarded

Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Supervise daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs outlined in contracts with key accounts.
- Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions.
- Provide proactive, actionable recommendations for enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
Key Accounts and Vendors Engagement:
- Represent the company and its brand with customers, conducting regular review meetings to build strong relationships founded on quality service and sustainable operations
- Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancing operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties
Internal Collaboration:
- Assist with billing reports and project implementation for key accounts.
- Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier business.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
- Immediate availability preferred.

We are looking for a qualified Operations Manager (Key accounts) to join our team in Asendia Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Supervise daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs outlined in contracts with key accounts.
- Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions.
- Provide proactive, actionable recommendations for enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
Key Accounts and Vendors Engagement:
- Represent the company and its brand with customers, conducting regular review meetings to build strong relationships founded on quality service and sustainable operations
- Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancing operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties
Internal Collaboration:
- Assist with billing reports and project implementation for key accounts.
- Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier business.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
- Immediate availability preferred.

Campaign & Activity Management
- Plan and execute operational activities and campaigns to achieve business goals, coordinating with internal teams for seamless implementation.
- Track and analyze campaign outcomes, optimizing future initiatives based on performance insights.
Resource & Traffic Optimization
- Analyze platform traffic, channels, and user behavior to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics to allocate resources effectively, improving platform performance and user engagement.
- Oversee P2P merchant onboarding, verification, and ongoing management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing their issues, needs, and feedback promptly to ensure strong relationships.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, banking, marketing, risk management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, ideally in financial payments, cryptocurrency, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record in operational strategy, with hands-on experience in growth hacking or performance optimization preferred.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and drive performance improvements.
- Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Operational Expertise : Deep understanding of operational frameworks, preferably in financial or crypto-related platforms.

Job Summary
As the Operations Manager at Soundbrenner, you will get to see how a modern tech startup operates from the inside. You will interact with various departments such as finance, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain management, office management, HR and customer support and hence get to know a wide variety of areas. As part of a small team, you will be able to take over real responsibility and gain in depth knowledge and practical experience in E-commerce operations.
Experience that we look for in the candidate:
• Inventory Management
Track and manage stock level across warehouses, coordinate restocking, and monitor product availability.
Work with manufacturing partners in China to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
Handle product quality issues and return management
Liaise with global 3PLs and shipping partners to coordinate B2C and B2B deliveries, returns, and order accuracy.
Oversee day-to-day operations on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and other web stores. Handle listings, order flows, and exceptions.
Assist our support team in resolving shipping and order-related escalations.
Prepare monthly accounting and inventory reports, manage purchase orders, and track KPIs related to logistics and cost-efficiency.
Support day-to-day operations at our Hong Kong HQ including vendors, purchases, and facilities.
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, supply chain, or similar roles
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with suppliers and partners across geographies
• Hardworking, self-learner, individuals with a “Get things done” attitude
• Ability to process large amounts of information in different fields of subjects
• A natural organizer who can juggle deadlines, suppliers, and cross-functional tasks without missing a beat
• Great with details and systems—whether it's spreadsheets, dashboards, or ERP tools
• Able to work with tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Excel, Notion, and accounting platforms like Xero or QuickBooks
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new software tools quickly
• Bonus points if you play an instrument, love music gear, or follow the music industry.
