- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts in clear, business-intelligible language.
- Experience working in a multinational organization is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, OSCP, CEH, ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent) are a plus.

AIA Hong Kong is looking for an experienced & passionate Quality Assurance Specialist as key members in oversight the SDLC quality. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review application development, project requirements and related documentation, e.g. user requirement specifications / epics / users’ stories, functional specifications / technical stories, testing materials
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute the plan and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the project objectives are met, and the solution works as expected.
- Work closely within the project team (PM, UX, Creative and Developers) to identify, investigate, and resolve system problems and process issues.
- Review project deliverables and artifacts from a testing perspective, and provide feedback, including actively participating in a test plan review with the team.
- Provide QA consultation services to support internal/external test participants.

Position Title: Quality Assurance Tester, Testing Services & Automation
Work Location: Hong Kong / Macau
Position Objective:
AIA Hong Kong is looking for an experienced & passionate Quality Assurance Specialist as key members in oversight the SDLC quality. This position will offer the qualified candidate a great opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and contribute directly to the overall quality of the software product.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review application development, project requirements and related documentation, e.g. user requirement specifications / epics / users’ stories, functional specifications / technical stories, testing materials
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute the plan and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the project objectives are met, and the solution works as expected.
- Work closely within the project team (PM, UX, Creative and Developers) to identify, investigate, and resolve system problems and process issues.
- Review project deliverables and artifacts from a testing perspective, and provide feedback, including actively participating in a test plan review with the team.
- Provide QA consultation services to support internal/external test participants.
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and make appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain document template libraries and internal project documentation related to testing, including releases and changes.
- Work closely with development team & project team to review issues or bug reports.
- Debug, document, and deliver test automation solutions
- Provides technical design using automation and performance testing solution
- Configure and code using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium and python
- Experience with python is highly preferred
- Experience in define, review test automation framework to deliver test deliverables with speed.
- Execute automation scripts and capturing and analyzing test results and raising/tracking defects
- Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts
- Update and maintain existing test automation artefacts
- Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance
- Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts.
- Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
Uplift delivery quality by following clear project / platform quality standards, metrics.
Establish and standardize quality tollgates across SDLC and promote quality culture across TDA
Communication Requirements

- Report to QA Associate Director on overall quality governance and automation test strategy
- Work with platform teams in Service quality management activities
- Work with enabling functions to ensure best practice across platform
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience with a strong emphasis on engagement across the breadth of delivery activities, highly effective stakeholder engagement, metrics definition and analysis and communication
- Excellent knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Governance, Test Engineering, and agile concepts
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC with expertise in process and methodology, specifically in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps environment
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and techniques, and current industry-wide quality and test processes and practices
- Understanding of various testing phases and objectives in a software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent hands on working experience in managing test plan, test cases, and defects using tools including Jira
- Able to work independently and in multitasking environment
- Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments
- Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive and enthusiastic and a team player
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
