The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Hong Kong Public Companies Practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to provide legal advice and support to public companies in Hong Kong. • Assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters.

• Keep abreast of developments in corporate and securities law and provide updates to the team and clients.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with a focus on public companies.
• Must have relevant working experience in IPO transactions and advising on Listing Rules issues.
• Prior experience in public company M&A also advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are a pre-requisite, and the ability to speak Cantonese would be a strong preference.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Role Description
We are looking for Software Development Engineer to join our development team and participate in the conception and development of next generation flagship products, services and systems for Harmonic's New Media initiative.

What you'll do

• Embedded & control support: Implement/test control logic for sensors, valves/pumps, alarms, safety, power/noise optimization (e.g., STM32/ESP32, FreeRTOS/Arduino/PlatformIO).
• Tools & apps: Build lightweight PC tools or simple UIs for logging, calibration, firmware update, and data visualization (e.g., Python/Qt/Flutter—any one is fine).
• Algorithms & data: Assist with basic control/signal processing (state machines, PID, filtering), manage datasets, generate clear plots/reports.
