Ever since, we have expanded rapidly across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Thailand, India, Malaysia, South Korea and continue to have ambitious growth plans in new markets and omni channel development for 2025 and beyond.
Inventory Manager APAC is the subject matter expert on the regional inventory management with 3PL service provider and will be able to provide the stock position to all teams so that they are aware of products at risk, delays in stock deliveries, when new products are landing, and any items that are aging. Key priorities will be to ensure best availability in both regional warehouse in Hong Kong and cross border warehouses in China, flexing the stock holding strategy based on the latest market intelligence and demand forecasts.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in managing stock across multiple warehouses and who understands the complexities of a global supply chain. This person must also be an excellent communicator and relationship builder internally and externally, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail, but can also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.
Role Accountabilities
- Oversea inventory level across the APAC region to ensure optimal stock levels at different warehouse locations.
- Implement inventory control process with global team and 3PLs, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and audits
- Monitor KPI metrics and implement improvement with 3PLs as needed
- As a primary point of contact to 3PLs to build and maintain effective business relationship and focal point for co-packing projects
- Track and monitor warehouse operations end-to-end, work closely with internal supply chain functions team and 3PLs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining SLA
- Lead and take initiative with 3PL for SOPs maintenance and remediation process to meet agreed SLA and deadline.
- Coordinate with planning team to ensure stock movement forecast to be factored in our 3PLPs to resource plan and execute our requirements on time and to budget
- Utilise technology and software tools to streamline the inventory management processwith regional insight and process guideline with Global Inventory team.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory performance to senior management.
- Validate and ensure accurate the monthly 3PL billing according to the contractual agreement and accrual with finance
- Manage Regional Inventory team, guide and discover innovative methods to ensure continual improvements on inventory accuracy.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Director APAC to align inventory strategies with broader supply chain goals.
- Reporting into the Supply Chain Director APAC
- Supporting the APAC Commercial function as the regional stock SME
- A strong educational background
- 7+ years of experience in a similar multi-site inventory management role
- Experience working with logistics providers and able to demonstrate experience in driving operational performance improvement
- Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result
- Showing outstanding attention to detail, identifying, and addressing anomalies quickly
- Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including supply and demand planning
- Experience with an ERP, WMS and POS system is a must, someone IT savvy who is able to bring experience of improved information sharing
- Strong Team player, an entrepreneurial flair, real commerciality, and great relationship building abilities!

As an Executive Assistant within the Asset Management business, you will be responsible for managing your stakeholder diary and everyday needs, effectively and proactively prioritizing to ensure the team is able to seamlessly serve the needs of their clients. You will require minimal direction whilst utilizing your strong attention to detail to navigate the support for the group. You’ll be reliable and motivated, whilst demonstrating a high level of teamwork and flexibility, together with your strong problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and EQ.
You will be a strong communicator across both written and verbal skills. You will be managing a multitude of responsibilities, people and timeframes, whilst being adept across systems, policies and procedures, in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed diaries across multiple time zones
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage the coordination and logistics of all meetings
- Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel, whilst maintaining T&E policies
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of any issues or delays
- Work cooperatively with other Executive Assistants across the group, in positive partnership to support each other to work as a team
- Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested
- Coordinate events
- Minimum 8 years working as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent)
- Advanced ability to organize
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
- Business/Secretarial College diploma or equivalent

What you need to do:
- Manage the debt collection team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Design and implement digitalized notification measures for delinquent accounts and problematic clients.
- Handle debt collector case assignments, legal proceedings, and recovery management processes.
- Collaborate with outside collection agencies (OCAs) to streamline debt recovery efforts.
- Review and analyze loan quality, providing detailed reports to the management team.
- Develop loan restructuring proposals and assess the credit risk associated with problematic accounts.
- Assist in inspections and monitor the sale of collateral assets to optimize recovery strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the financing field
- Degree or above in Credit Risk Management, Statistics or related disciplines
- Knowledge in freight and logistics practices would be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail-minded
- Proactive, innovative, and a good team player and leader
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and manage a team
- Willing to travel
- Immediate availability is a plus
