- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in the financial industry and understanding of banking system architecture is preferred.

Its responsibilities lie predominately in resolving BAU tickets created by the Level 1 Team and reacting to escalations. You will work closely with transversal departments within Project Managers, Design Team, Engineering Team and Field Service Team as well with Wabtec teams in APAC region and Europe. You will assist in operations and maintenance issue, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.

The Product Support Technical Coordinator will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage a team of Field Service Technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally.
Building on your electrical and mechanical experience, preferably in a railway environment or related industries, you will interface directly with customers, propose innovative solutions, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize our maintenance services.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Develop and communicate clear technical instructions for installed products, with a focus on Platform Screen Doors.
+ Spearhead the digitization of Field Service operations, improving data collection for interventions, repairs, and follow-up actions.
+ Manage a specialized team of Field Service Technicians focused on maintenance improvements; monitor and report on their performance.
+ Identify, propose, and implement cost-effective improvements to maintenance services, collaborating with relevant managers to execute organizational changes.
+ Collaborate with local and international Engineering teams to enhance data-driven maintenance capabilities.
+ Contribute to data-driven projects aimed at improving service offerings.
+ Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to objectively assess performance, proposing and implementing changes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

+ Fluency in English (written and verbal)

About the RoleGenerate leads for new business, nurture sales opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
Participate in business development, account management, solutions demonstration, presentation, and proposal preparation.
Design and manage consulting projects and client-facing engagements.
Proactively pursue sales leads and business activities within the practice area, including bid management.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client engagements in HK.
Analyze market demand and trends to define new solution requirements.
Maintain a proven track record in hunting and farming sales strategies.
Conduct consultative solution selling effectively.
Lead bids, respond to RFPs, and structure sound commercial proposals for senior client presentations.
Requirements- Strong 7-8 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, and client handling.
- Graduate from any background, preferably with an IT background.
- Good functional knowledge of business processes.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Digital Transformation, RPA, AI, Chatbots, Testing, Cloud, etc., is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation, key account management, staffing, new business development, GTM, and consultative selling in IT solutions and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
