Job Description
  • Manage and monitor the private Cloud environment, including compute, storage, and networking resources. Provide 24x7 support for Cloud infrastructure systems.
  • Implement and maintain Cloud automation and orchestration tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection for critical Cloud-based applications and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Cloud-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security of Cloud services.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to application developers/operators on Cloud-related processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Cloud system administration.
  • Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL, and Redis.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud platforms with experience in compute, networking, storage, backup/recovery, and virtualization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial industry and understanding of banking system architecture is preferred.

Its responsibilities lie predominately in resolving BAU tickets created by the Level 1 Team and reacting to escalations. Individual team members will attend a clients' desk to provide best-in-class technology support or use remote tools to assist clients in remote offices or who are working from home. **Who will you be working with?**
You will work closely with transversal departments within Project Managers, Design Team, Engineering Team and Field Service Team as well with Wabtec teams in APAC region and Europe. You will assist in operations and maintenance issue, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.

The Product Support Technical Coordinator will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage a team of Field Service Technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally.
Building on your electrical and mechanical experience, preferably in a railway environment or related industries, you will interface directly with customers, propose innovative solutions, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize our maintenance services.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Develop and communicate clear technical instructions for installed products, with a focus on Platform Screen Doors.
+ Spearhead the digitization of Field Service operations, improving data collection for interventions, repairs, and follow-up actions.
+ Manage a specialized team of Field Service Technicians focused on maintenance improvements; monitor and report on their performance.
+ Identify, propose, and implement cost-effective improvements to maintenance services, collaborating with relevant managers to execute organizational changes.
+ Collaborate with local and international Engineering teams to enhance data-driven maintenance capabilities.
+ Contribute to data-driven projects aimed at improving service offerings.
+ Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to objectively assess performance, proposing and implementing changes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Fluency in English (written and verbal)
+ Chinese language skills (optional, but advantageous)

+ Field Service or Project site experience in E&M or related industrial fields.
+ Strong IT skills. Good understanding of Internet technologies and capabilities is a must. Coding ability is not required but could be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s cybersecurity governance framework, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the GRC framework, including policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead compliance efforts for standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks such as CRFA, CI Bill. Coordinate audits and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. Strong experience in PCI DSS is highly desirable.
  • Provide guidance to business units and IT teams on compliance requirements and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on GRC program effectiveness, including key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance metrics. Deliver regular updates to senior management.
  • Perform other cybersecurity duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Degree holders with a keen interest in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in technology or risk management industries, with at least 5 years in GRC or related security roles.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Certification in cybersecurity or GRC, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC platforms and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, CRAF, CI Bill) is highly preferred.

About the Role

Generate leads for new business, nurture sales opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.

Participate in business development, account management, solutions demonstration, presentation, and proposal preparation.

Design and manage consulting projects and client-facing engagements.

Proactively pursue sales leads and business activities within the practice area, including bid management.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client engagements in HK.

Analyze market demand and trends to define new solution requirements.

Maintain a proven track record in hunting and farming sales strategies.

Conduct consultative solution selling effectively.

Lead bids, respond to RFPs, and structure sound commercial proposals for senior client presentations.

Requirements
  • Strong 7-8 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, and client handling.
  • Graduate from any background, preferably with an IT background.
  • Good functional knowledge of business processes.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Digital Transformation, RPA, AI, Chatbots, Testing, Cloud, etc., is preferred.
  • Experience in lead generation, key account management, staffing, new business development, GTM, and consultative selling in IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
