Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in large-scale system architecture design or application development of complex IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology trends in open-source, distributed databases, containers, devops, real-time analytics, or Generative AI.
  • In-depth working knowledge in one or more technology domains such as web or mobile applications, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, high-performance databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), highly secured workloads, GenAI, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must (English / Cantonese), strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with IT professionals and business executives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to prospective clients
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and technical architecture
  • Customize presentations and demonstrations to align with client-specific requirements and pain points.
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle, addressing client queries related to platform functionality, integration capabilities, security, performance, and compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their existing systems, workflows, and technical challenges, and propose tailored solutions
  • Conduct technical deep-dives and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions as required
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and gather detailed business and technical requirements from prospects
  • Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for product and engineering teams
  • Assist in the preparation of RFI/RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in FinTech, internet brokerage, wealth management, multi-asset trading, and emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI)
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to inform our product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to product management and development teams to drive continuous product improvement
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless pre-sales to post-sales handover
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, collateral and training materials
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Information Technology or a related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical consultant role within the financial technology services, specifically in brokerage, trading platforms or wealth management is preferred
  • Prior experience with system vendors is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of multi-asset classes (e.g. equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, and ideally, virtual assets/cryptocurrencies)
  • Solid knowledge of brokerage operations, trading workflows and market data; In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong, US and Chinese securities markets
  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong financial market regulatory environment (e.g., SFC regulations, KYC/AML requirements)
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business language for various audiences
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach, capable of addressing clients needs
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)

Responsibilities

  • Serve top-tier exchanges and public blockchains, deeply understand their business needs, and design customized pre-sales Web3 solutions based on BytePlus AI technologies and AI Infra、public cloud infrastructure;
  • Provide end-to-end pre-sales technical support, including requirement communication, solution demonstration, technical validation, and addressing customer inquiries;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive solution implementation and precipitate industry best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/tech industry, with working experience in Web3 (e.g., exchanges, public blockchains);
  • Familiar with core blockchain technologies (e.g., consensus mechanisms, smart contracts), and knowledgeable in AI (large models, machine learning) and AI Infra, public cloud architectures;
  • Experience in pre-sales solution design and customer technical communication, with clear logic and strong presentation skills;
  • Familiar with mainstream LLMs and low-code/Full-code development platforms for agents, with experience in end-to-end AI scenario application delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous "startup" environment
  • Can-Do attitude, Self-starter, Ability to work independently and highly motivated with contagious enthusiasm

You'll be a key driver in digitizing the restaurant industry, mainly responsible for:

  • Business development and sales: Proactively promote and sell our restaurant POS system, online payment services, and Meituan Dianping marketing solutions to key accounts, achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key account owners, managers, and decision-makers; understand operations and provide tailored integrated solutions.
