  • Ensure that potential new vendors and factories can meet TJX's standards and requirements for Social Compliance and Cargo Security Programs.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years' solid experience in sourcing and production or related field of which at least 2 years' experience in buying office, agent or well-known importer catering to U.S. Market
  • Proven relevant experience as specialist in assigned category or generalist in other categories in U.S., Canada, or UK retail market
  • Fluent in conversation, written and comprehension of English and Mandarin Chinese; other language or Chinese dialects a plus

Developing and managing suppliers for NPI and mass production product to identify cost saving opportunities, create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, generate contracts and assure quality of raw-materials.

工作职责KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet internal customers' needs.
  • Develop suppliers for NPI and implement the value engineer projects.
  • Meet cost reduction goals with better quality resources.
  • Create, renegotiate, renew and discontinue supplier contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders based on the business needs and supplier performance.
  • Classify supplier by evaluating supplier's core competencies and competitive positioning.
  • Identify supply chain issues to minimize supply risks.
  • Be responsible for employees' performance management and training.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least five years working experience in sourcing or purchasing management .
  • Be familiar with IVD and MD quality management system.
  • Be familiar with overall sourcing strategy.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Data driven approach with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Project management skills.
