• Proficient in using GitHub for source control;
• Experience in MySQL / MongoDB
• Knowledge of cross-platform development is an advantage
• Good knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud technology is preferred;

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• University degree in software engineering, information technology, computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing data pipelines.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing small teams or projects.
• Hands-on experience provisioning and managing resources in Cloud environments (Azure / GCP)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration in secure, networked environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or Scala.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Azure networking concepts, including VNET peering, private endpoints, and network security groups (NSGs).
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Azure Event Hubs, Kafka) is a plus
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) for provisioning resources is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command in English and Chinese

• Analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, understand system needs, and provide technical solutions.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, coding according to requirements and specifications, and conducting testing.
• Monitor the operation of applications, resolve issues, and fix errors. Perform code modifications, upgrades, and optimizations to ensure application stability and performance.
• Design and maintain database structures, ensuring effectiveness, security, and performance of the database. Handle database queries, optimization, and maintenance.
• Work closely with team members and other relevant stakeholders to complete projects, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge.
• Keep track of and research the latest application development technologies and trends, continuously learn and enhance skills.

What You Bring to Us:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Expertise in Flutter cross-platform development technology, with the ability to independently complete Flutter project development and optimization. Proven capability in resolving common issues encountered in cross-platform development.
• Proficiency in at least one mobile native development language, such as Swift (for iOS development) or Java/Kotlin (for Android development).
• UI/UX experience preferred; Proficiency in Figma, Axure, user-centric design.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Familiarity with application performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of system integration and data exchange between applications.
• Eager to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as needed.
