Job Description

As an Execution Trader, your responsibilities include:

  • Provide quality services by executing clients’ self-direct investment on cross-asset instruments as well as sourcing the best execution for clients
  • Work closely with Bankers, Investors and Product Specialists to offer best-in-class services for Private Bank clients
  • Coverage of US Equity, Derivatives, Fixed Income and FX is the main focus

• Draft or review relevant document and work on internal approvals such as KYC, AML and relevant committees for regulatory and control requirements;

• Manage transaction process, including materials preparation, third party engagement, meeting arrangement, and other relevant works to facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties and to ensure transactions are executed at market standard;

• Assist marketing materials to support origination; finalize deal structure and legal documentation (if any); and

• Work with cross functional teams and vendors to drive product development progress and execution of transactions.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Technology or related disciplines; knowledge of blockchain and web 3.0 application required;

• At least 5 years of experience in product or deal management; experience in cross-border transactions preferred;

• Strong sense of responsibility and capable of completing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple words. Experience in cross-department collaboration to push projects forward will be a plus; and

• Good command of Mandarin and English.
