Responsibilities:

  • Champion the one-stop personal banking services at Contact Centre
  • Deliver quality services to customers through inbound and outbound calls, and grasp opportunities to cross-sell appropriately
  • Serve as the day-to-day customers contact for any relevant issues on investment, insurance, other banking products and provide after sales service & support
  • Identify and develop long-term customer relationship with existing and prospective customer
  • Provide relevant and suitable products and services to meet customers’ financial needs in order to achieve business targets
  • Address customer feedback / complaints professionally
  • Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • Degree or above
  • With qualifications in IIQE and HKSI will be preferred
  • Sound knowledge and at least 4 years of relevant working experience in retail banking services and products, including but not limited to insurance and investment products
  • With strong ability to cope with fast & dynamic pace, remarkable organizing & problem-solving techniques
  • Customer-focused, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
  • May required on-shift duty as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor or Arts or equivalent experience

3-5+ years of sales/marketing experience; digital advertising or related experience

A background working with clients and/or in a client services role

Demonstrated experience and passion in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve business goals

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good computer skills including advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to creatively solve problems and uncover opportunities through the use of data, analytics, and critical thinking

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–6 years of experience to play a key role in building our team across regions and functions. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate experience to interviews and process design.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building processes, challenging the status quo, and going the extra mile to find exceptional candidates across tech, design, legal, business, and strategy roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, skill gaps, and team dynamics.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct and manage end-to-end interviews with an eye for both skill and culture fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, stakeholder interviews, and closing steps with hiring teams.
  • Champion a standout candidate experience, keeping all candidates informed and respected throughout the process.
  • Keep our ATS and LinkedIn systems up-to-date with precision and structure.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment standards and processes as we scale.
  • Actively share insights to improve our hiring approach and challenge existing assumptions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong global hiring experience across multiple functions and regions.
  • A builder mindset, you’ve helped shape or scale recruiting systems, playbooks, or standards.
  • Proven success in tech, design, legal, or strategic role hiring (even better if you've done multiple).
  • A knack for evaluating both skill and cultural alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines independently and stay hyper-organized.
  • Fluent in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Bold, proactive, and not afraid to ask “why not?” or try new approaches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-first culture.

  • Have worked in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Bring insights or experience from fintech or tech industries.
  • Have used AI/Automation tools
