Establish Testing Protocols:
Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols for ready-to-wear garments, including:
- Physical Testing: Assessing tensile strength, seam strength, and fabric durability.
- Chemical Testing: Evaluating for harmful substances (e.g., REACH, CPSIA compliance).
- Aesthetic Testing: Ensuring colorfastness, shrinkage, and appearance retention.
- Performance Testing: Conducting wear and tear assessments.
- Collaboration with Laboratories:
Work closely with external laboratories to understand testing methodologies and ensure accurate and timely results.
- Coordinate with labs to troubleshoot issues and optimize testing processes.
In-House Accreditation Program:

Monitor Vendor and Supplier Testing Applications:
