The Opportunity
The Administrator/Senior Administrator supports the RTA team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: will be responsible for assisting in the provision of share registrar and transfer agency services. The successful candidate will form part of the shareholder services team and be expected to be a team player and assist with supervising junior staff where applicable. Primary responsibilities include:
- Setting up investors and related parties in various systems, entering orders for subscriptions/capital calls, redemptions, share transfers, dividend/distribution payments and NAVs, as well as processing wire payments and indexing emails.
- Liaising with various departments within the firm and processing ad hoc client/investor queries.
- Working on data requests where necessary to assist with internal/external requests such as data migration/system upgrades, investor related data requests regulatory filings etc.

- will have experience working in shareholder services and understand local confidentiality, anti-money laundering and relevant regulatory FATCA/CRS requirements;
- will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
- overtime at short notice, including at weekends, may be required;
- this post requires attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organizational and communication skills.
