Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect/ Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, drawing documentation, presentation materials and coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants on exciting large scale iconic mixed-use commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related fields
• Min. 5 years post qualification experience in large scale luxury commercial, cultural and hospitality projects, preferably in renowned international architectural design firms (Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior position)
• Solid experience in concept design development and implementation, preparation for presentation drawings/ 3D renderings, design coordination and construction documentation
• Strong design and problem-solving skills
• Relevant professional qualifications such as HKIA, RIBA, AIA
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCad and Adobe Creative Suites is a must
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and a good team player
