- China Bar license is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal practice, including substantial experience in mainland China; multinational corporate experience is strongly favored.
- In-depth understanding of Chinese law and familiarity with Hong Kong legal structures.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, written and verbal.
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Your role and responsibilities**
· Furnishing extensive legal advice and assistance to diverse business units across an array of legal matters, including regulatory conformity, contract negotiations, corporate governance, and risk management.
· Expeditiously identifying and rectifying legal predicaments that emerge during business operations.
· Staying current with legislative advancements and informing the business of any modifications influencing operations.
· Detecting legal risks embedded in business operations and proposing effective methods to alleviate these risks.
· Cooperating with interdisciplinary teams to devise strategies for dispute resolution and liability management.
· Supervising and managing contractual risks, ensuring congruence with company policies.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· A bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a respected Chinese institution is compulsory. An advanced legal degree from a Western jurisdiction (such as LL.M., JD) is highly recommended.
· Possession of a China Bar license is required.
· A minimum of 10 years of legal practice, including substantial experience in mainland China. Experience within a multinational corporation is strongly favored.
· In-depth understanding of Chinese law and familiarity with Hong Kong legal structures.
· Expert proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
· Capability to operate autonomously and handle, prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment.
