We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join a leading integrated marketing agency based in Hong Kong. As a Graphic Designer you will lead the creation and delivery of cross-platform design work across Asia.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and produce digital and print materials, including: corporate websites, campaigns, newsletters, email flyers, e-learning modules, banner images, posters, flyers, brochures, signage, event/campaign collateral, and holiday communications.
• Develop creative and graphic concepts in collaboration with teams to meet project objectives.
• Create rough layouts for art and copy, focusing on arrangement, size, typography, and aesthetics.
• Present concepts and strategies to stakeholders to engage target audiences effectively.
• Oversee projects through all stages, from concept to print production or online deployment.
• Provide production support to ensure technically accurate digital or print-ready outputs.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, partners, and team members to complete projects.
• Solve business challenges through innovative marketing and smart creative design.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience in digital design, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, artwork, or production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Sketch, and HTML.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and design skills, with a portfolio showcasing world-class work.
• Strong ability to translate marketing ideas into impactful visual solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with a proven track record of building strong client and internal relationships.
• Ability to listen and execute work based on client needs.
• Delivers measurable results with integrity, aligned with client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and professional.
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate and curious about AI and new technologies; knowledge of AI tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn their benefits and features is essential.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English is required.

• Work independently and cooperatively with the sales and marketing team to execute innovative campaigns and design work.
• Use various software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals, working on a wide range of projects and media.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in creative design, innovation field.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Knowledge of Out of Home advertising and emerging media trends will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is a must
• Proficiency in InDesign, Premiere and After effects is highly preferred
