Key Responsibilities:
Digital & E-Commerce Strategy: Responsible for the execution of our digital and e-commerce marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Content Creation for Digital Channels: Generate compelling content specifically tailored for our digital platforms, including our e-commerce site, emails and social media.
SEO & Digital Advertising: Develop and implement SEO strategies, along with managing SEM, eDM, and YouTube advertising campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
Social Media & Influencer Engagement: Develop and execute social media strategies. Create and maintain an effective social media content calendar to maximize brand and product exposure. Identify and collaborate with influencers and KOLs to amplify brand reach.
Data-Driven Sales Promotion: Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to create data-driven, e-commerce-focused weekly campaigns aimed at maximizing online sales.
User Experience & Conversion: Work closely with the web development team to optimize the user experience on our e-commerce platform, aiming to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools to provide insightful weekly management reports, tracking KPIs and ROI for all digital and e-commerce activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital and/or e-commerce marketing.
- Experience with Magento and/or Hubspot is an advantage.
- Proficiency in social media for business results.
- Energetic, creative, and able to think outside the box.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office software.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
