KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting business development function including attending to clients' enquiries and the preparation of ESOP proposals/marketing materials for prospective clients for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") and family trust services
- Assisting in setting up new trust structure and related services and maintaining trust documentation inclusive of maintaining participants register, share award documents, preparing periodic reports, financial statements and producing reports to regulating authorities
- Provide customer support in the use of the ESOP platform and participating in the continuing enhancement of the platform
- Coordinating with bankers, investment managers, lawyers and other related parties in the provision of trust services
- Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Must possess relevant working experience in the provision of trust services for the post of Senior Officer; candidate without suitable trust experience but has some exposure to trust work environment and can demonstrate high calibre, flexibility and strong learning capability may be considered for the post of Officer;
- Excellent customer services and communication skills, with a strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

The Hong Kong Branch is going to hire an officer who is responsible to:
- Provide daily operational support to the Branch office;
- Coordinate various events/activities, for example, summits, outreach activities, workshops, meetings and exhibitions;
- Liaise closely with other departments/units and related external parties in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area;
- Monitor the process of project administration, accounts, quotations and payment of bills;
- Draft related reports and assessments of the project;
