What helps you succeed:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines, preferably in policy and public administration, international affairs, economics, or other social sciences and humanities disciplines;
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in policy research and advocacy, preferably gained from public organisations, think tanks, media and academic institutions;
  • Strong understanding in economic policy and industrial development in both local and global contexts; Knowledge in Mainland China affairs, local legislation and legal matters is a plus;
  • Proven experience in research and stakeholder engagement projects with strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese;
  • Good connections with government, think tanks, political parties, media and academia is an advantage;
  • A mature, self-motivated team player with excellent analytical skills and is willing to go the extra mile; able to work under pressure and tight timelines;
