This role is suited to individuals with a solid background in the food industry and a proven track record within the HORECA channel.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Planning and conducting visits to current and prospective HORECA customers
- Identifying client needs and converting them into commercial opportunities
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth
- Executing promotional initiatives and monitoring sales performance
- Preparing daily activity reports and weekly work plans for the Sales Manager
- Ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in Foreign Trade, Commerce, Economics, or a related field

- A proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities

Our Key Account Manager will plan and execute robust Go-To-Market strategies for Haleon brands. Strong sales fundamentals to drive consumption of brands using customers and shoppers' insights. Build an effective long-term relationship with customers to deliver sustainable sales and profits growth.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate account strategies in line with company's objectives and plans
- Design and implement effective and efficient promotions and business plans to achieve share, category growth, sales and Gross to Net targets
- Manage the partnership with customers to ensure sustainable and profitable growth
- Plan, negotiate and execute new launches, campaigns, price increases etc
