    1. SHOP MANAGER – FESTIVAL STAND LEAD

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Order management

    • Oversee daily operations of the stand (service, prep, stock, hygiene)

    • Manage and motivate a small team (4-5 people)

    • Maintain high product quality and fast service

    • Handle communication with HQ (sales reports, orders, feedback)

    • Represent the BUNZ brand on-site
