Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily onsite visits to customers, collect marketing data and enhance instore brand visibility
- Order follows up
- Maintain strong relationships with customers with excellent service
- Develop the existing business by implementing promotional activities and extending the product range
- Identify and propose new business opportunities with new accounts
- Ad-hoc project assigned by the manager

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Restaurant Manager - Clipper Lounge is responsible for supervising the operations of the restaurant and ensure it is running smoothly and achieving the budgeted profit. The Restaurant Manager - Clipper Lounge reports to the Assistant Director of F&B.
As Restaurant Manager - Clipper Lounge, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage daily operations of the outlet. Ensure services, food presentation and cleanliness are up to guest satisfaction and standard
- Liaise closely with the Kitchen team on food quality or presentation and suggest areas where improvements can be made
- Liaise with internal and external parties on creating new menus and promotion programmes
- Develop and maintain good relationships with guests
- Handle guests' comments and complaints and take immediate corrective actions
- Responsible for colleague scheduling, briefing, performance reviews, recruitment, training & development and related issues
- Check daily maintenance, cleanliness of the restaurant and grooming of staff
- Responsible for budget plan, cost control, sales and revenue repots
- Ensure all controllable expenses are kept within budget and forecast figures
- Find ways to improve the efficiency of the operation that will benefit our clients
- Propose and initiate, new services and products for our guests
- Responsible for all aspects of Fire, Life, Health, Safety & Security pertaining to F&B operations, HACCP & Food Safety in the outlet
- Perform as F&B Duty Manager from time to time.
- 3-4 years relevant working experience in similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably in luxury hotel
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed
- Skilled at handling complaints and comments tactfully
- Good sense of Marketing strategies, cost control & budgeting
- Able to work under pressure.

About The Job

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong , you’ll support the daily operations of our signature outlets, inspiring a team of passionate individuals and delivering heartfelt service to our guests. A little taste of your day-to-day
Every Day Is Different, But You’ll Mostly Be
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily service operations
- Leading pre-shift briefings, staff training, and scheduling
- Handling guest feedback with grace and positivity
- Driving service standards, floor flow, and team morale
- Ensuring outlet readiness and presentation standards throughout
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Natural leader with strong organizational and communication skills
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Able to work across departments with flexibility and agility
- Fluent in both English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager - Petrus based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Restaurant Manager - Petrus, we rely on you to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premium restaurant; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu planning, budget forecast & control and staff training
- Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service which align with Hotel service standards, exceed guests’ expectation and review guests' comment
- Drive and accountable for the business results of the restaurant to maximize the profit
- Work closely with F&B Team and Marketing Team on food promotions, marketing programming, cost effective and seasonal menu planning
- Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
- Conduct / attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
- Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department
- Review guest feedback / critique forms / outlet log books on operational issues / P&L statement
- Diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in fine dining restaurant at prestigious hotels or organization; preferably experience in awarded fine dining restaurant
- Sound knowledge of food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
- Knowledge of wine at WSET certification is preferable
- Proven records in managing high-end catering events with strong knowledge of fining dining service skills
- Have integrity, is trustworthy, dependable, responsible and accountable
- Have a keen eye for detail and seek for improvements
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
