Responsibilities:

• Handle data centre IT infrastructure and hardware maintenance contract renewal works, follow up service scope requirement and approval process.
• Provide advice, guidance and due diligence in RFQ, tendering, procurement process and Procurement Committee Meeting.
• Supervise the procurement process to ensure efficiency as well as compliance with the Bank's policies
• Evaluate procurement proposal to protect the corporate's best interest and to comply with internal policies.
• Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, contract terms and conditions.
• Perform vendor management and evaluate performance of vendor regularly.
• Perform inventory and asset management of the data centres.
• Perform IT equipment management including maintenance, installation, planning, cablings.
• In addition to normal business hours, upon request of management to work outside business hours on normal working days, whole day of Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
• Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related discipline.;
• Experience in Banking field for 3 years or above, preferably in exposure to data centre of banking;
• Understanding on retail banking operations with knowledge of banking environment;
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities:

• Handle data centre security, including data centre external maintenance vendors access management, IT equipment access management.
• On site monitoring external parties working inside data centre.
• Regular patrol on all data centre related zones, passages, entrance points and exit points.
• Follow up and report to senior in-charge for all abnormal data centre security issues.
• Regular security patrol to User IT equipment rooms located in various districts.
• Obey instructions and arrangements from senior in-charge to carry out thoroughly all security duties.
• Require shift duty.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Experience in handling data centre security related duties.
• Knowledge in basic data centre security related equipment operation, such as CCTV, access control.
• Knowledge in basic computer operation and data centre equipment.
• Self discipline and good attitude to follow orders from seniors.
• Good ability to handle sudden and unexpected incidents.

• Manage data center operations and monitoring tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain service levels for application systems through effective operation management, contingency planning, and system health monitoring.
• Provide professional recommendations on infrastructure configuration, application design, etc., based on analysis of system performance, incident records, and other related data.
• Lead cross-functional teams to complete system optimization and enhancement tasks, and evaluate overall task achievements.
• Organize management review meetings covering system performance, optimization, incident handling, case sharing, and project/task progress.
• Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and technology innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support infrastructure or business-related projects.

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development or IT infrastructure. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the System Administration Manager role.)
• Solid experience in operating system administration (AIX, Linux) is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with middleware products, SAN storage, backup solutions, monitoring and security tools, networking, Windows, VMware, and Red Hat Virtualization is a plus.
• Proven experience in supporting medium to large-scale project implementations is preferred.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the private Cloud environment, including compute, storage, and networking resources. Provide 24x7 supports for Cloud infrastructure system.
• Implement and maintain Cloud automation and orchestration tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection for critical Cloud-based applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Cloud-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development, security, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security of Cloud services.
• Provide technical guidance and training to application developers/operators on Cloud-related processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Cloud system administration.
• Exposure to any of the following: Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL and Redis.
• Strong understanding of any Cloud platform with experience in major areas like compute, networking, storage, backup/recovery and virtualization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience working with financial industry and understand the technical architecture of banking systems is preferred.
