About Role
This role is to help in the maintenance activities in relation to the routine operations of PS plant including day to day maintenance of the plant mechanical equipment, implement/optimize preventive maintenance plan, to achieve the reliability and safety goal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment and devices.
• Monitor all plant mechanical equipment, ensure their safe and proper function in view of targets for reliability and safety.
• Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks per schedule.
• Work out maintenance records and reports timely.
• Provide a technical support for production.
• Manage plant MRO and spare parts store in a cost-effective manner.
• Implement maintenance management systems to support the safe and efficient maintenance of the production facility.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:

• Form 5 graduate with 5 subjects passed including English and Chinese
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferable

Minimum Experience (years And Type)

• Min 5 years' experience in performance maintenance tasks in mechanical discipline in manufacturing environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Communication: Fluent in read, write and spoken English in a work environment

Job Duty

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of general electrical and mechanical equipment of the Happy Valley Clubhouse, including kitchen machinery, pool plant, water pumps, lighting, audio-visual and air-conditioning systems etc
• Conduct regular inspection and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure that appropriate tools and materials are available for repairs
• Monitor the performance, service standard & operational progress of contractor to ensure it is up to the Club's guidelines and requirements
• Maintain records of the electrical and mechanical data
• Report to the Senior Engineer / Duty Engineer, and provides assistance to the shift technicians
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by superiors
• Five-day work, on rotating shifts
