Our lab / central kitchen supports all our corporate events, catering production, and recipe development. We are now looking for a passionate food operations and development associate to join our young and dynamic team.
Details:
- Full time position
- 16,000+ HKD salary a month
- 7 days off a month (5.5 / 5 day week in rotation)
- Friendly operational hours (9-7pm)
- 12 days of annual leave and 1 day birthday leave

Responsibilities:
- All food and beverage preparation and kitchen operations
- Partake in recipe development across all sorts of food and beverage categories
- Set up kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
- Ensure all food and beverage items are produced in a professional, hygienic and organised manner
- Upkeep and maintain personal and kitchen cleanliness everyday, weekly team kitchen deep clean (floors, storage, and equipment)
- Support in stock check and supplier deliveries
- Check freshness of ingredients and constantly strive to miminise food wastage
Requirements:
- 1-2 years or more of work experience in F&B industry preferred
- Passion in making and cooking food
- Interested in wellness, health, and/or sustainability industry
- Previous experience working in food product development is a plus
- Punctual and responsible
- A great team player
- Good communication skills in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work under time pressure and ability to remain calm whilst undertaking various tasks
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred

This is a critical, urgent, short-term leadership role to ensure seamless lab operations, compliance, testing throughput, and cross-regional coordination during a transitional period. The ideal candidate has a background in furniture, toys, or hardline consumer products, with proven experience managing technical testing teams in a multi-site, fast-paced environment

- Maintain lab safety, calibration, equipment upkeep, and ISO/testing protocol compliance.
- Act as the main escalation point for technical issues, client queries, and reporting.
- Liaise with QA, R&D, and Product teams to align testing priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and flag risks to senior management.
- Support onboarding/training of new lab technicians as needed.
- Ensure smooth handover at end of contract.

In this role, you will lead the Innovation Lab within the Customer Contact department, driving initiatives to enhance customer experience, optimise revenue, and deliver cost efficiencies. This role involves managing a team of innovators, collaborating with various departments, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Innovation Lab team, including Advisors and Leads, ensuring insights are representative of the entire department
- Project Business support: Oversee the development and implementation of innovative projects, such as Conversational IVR/ Voice Bots, Integrated Agent desktop, Voice Biometrics etc
- Customer Experience Improvement: Propose and implement new ideas to improve customer experience, such as reducing idle time and enhancing call flow designs
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Genesys team and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new solutions
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor agent productivity and customer satisfaction, using tools like Service Level Agreement features to track Average Handle Time and productivity by hubs. Justify Return on Investment and support benefits realization

Requirements
- Tertiary educated with minimum 10-12 years of Contact Centre or Service Delivery experience in a leadership role
- Significant exposure on the business side on some of the technologies like Conversational IVR, AI, Salesforce, Genesys etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong product management skills
- Good strategic agility and strong influencing skills
- Rigorous analytical and problem solving skills
- Driver of change and collaborative in approach
